Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking. The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location. I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place. I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room! I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused. Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside. I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees. After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages. The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water. It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.” She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me! I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful. If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts. Don't give this rude lady business. I never did get to play a game of billiards.

酒店位置優越,離海灘很近,離鎮中心步行即可,探索區域輕鬆愉快。還有停車場供應不錯,很方便。 不過晚上沒有很好的體驗,煙霧探測器直接放在牀頭上方,每隔幾秒鐘就閃爍綠色LED燈,這讓休息極其困難。 爲了能睡覺,不得不把牀墊從臥室搬出來,放在靠近衛生間的走廊裏,遠離光線,在酒店環境中顯然是不能接受的。 這是應該重新考慮的事情,要麼調整位置,要麼減少光線的影響。 總的來說,雖然位置是一個強點,但這個問題嚴重影響了我的住宿。

有一個接待處,我能夠順利辦理入住手續。我想對此進行評估。 最近,公寓被用作住宿設施,業主在其他地方的情況越來越多。 有過於削減成本的住宿設施。 即使我聯繫了,我也曾在電話上遇到過麻煩,例如來自國外的語言能力不足。 另外,即使客人到達入口,也可能不得不等待很長時間,直到房主或代理人來了。 從那以後,我一直在選擇一個有接待處的住宿,即使價格有點貴。 客人來累了。 我希望成本過高的住宿設施不會增加太多。

舒適的房間,自助入住,真的很容易,我們通過WhatsApp溝通,這就是大多數當地民宿的方式 街道確實有點吵;但我反正用耳塞,所以沒有給我造成問題  牀還好,枕頭沒那麼多  空調通過公寓集中控制,我覺得如果你在一年中最熱的月份旅行,它有點虛弱,而且它被放置在牀的上方,所以不是很好,因爲它直接吹在你的頭上  總的來說,對我來說是一次很好的體驗,景色很可愛  房東人真的很好溝通

這是我住過的最好的住宿 我好像進入了童話故事 這是一個非常乾淨的住宿,我在整個住宿期間都感覺很好。 引導我的人也很友善 我真的很想回去。這是最好的🩵🫧🌳🌿

Such a lovely host. I was in Italy for a wedding and my cloths were to be ironed. I asked her for an Iron and guess what, she just took my clothes and ironed them. Such a lovely couple.

飯店本身還不錯，早餐也很好，就是離車站有點遠，每天要走很多次才能到車站、公車站、或市中心。因此我的腿酸痛了，但是看到這座城市很有趣，所以我想沒關係。工作人員很友善。沒有暖氣，所以早晚很冷。我洗了一些衣服，所以如果我加熱的話可能會更容易烘乾。但房間很寬敞！感覺很好。

非常酷的地方,你必須填寫一份表格才能進入這個地方。那裏沒有人,如果你沒有手機服務,就不可能進入。
