在巴基斯坦旁遮普省，設有停車場的飯店

Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there. Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue. The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment. Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards. Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us. So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat. So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days. The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot. I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more! I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable. I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me. Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again. It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form. With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame. Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey. Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

到Lahore出差，酒店總體上很好，價格也不高。一樓進門要安檢，酒店大堂在四樓，餐廳也在四樓，早餐以本地口味和西式口味為主，十樓有個健身房，樓頂有一個小遊泳池。在Lahore已經應該是很不錯的酒店了，衞生環境都可以接受，服務也跟得上，有求必應，負責我房間的是Naseem女士，很友好很勤快。酒店的主要問題在我看有三個，第一個網絡慢，辦公開會時常掉線；第二個沒有中餐，住幾天還可以，但時間長了，就感覺是個不足了；第三個，安保管理很嚴格，出門辦事帶來諸多不便。總體推薦，下次來Lahore還會考慮入住。

飯店地理位置優越，靠近拉合爾機場，交通便利，在到達大廳前經過多次安檢，整體感覺非常安全。飯店工作人員熱情地迎接了我，並接我前往飯店。飯店餐廳的自助早餐和晚餐都非常棒，提供各式各樣的美味佳餚。包括前台和餐廳在內的所有工作人員都非常尊重客人，樂於助人。我特別要提一下穆罕默德·阿爾斯蘭，他以細心周到的服務，為每位客人提供無微不至的關懷，令人印象深刻。 然而，酒店也有一些地方需要改進。首先，祈禱大廳的位置有些尷尬，而且不乾淨。我看到一家人很難找到合適的祈禱地點，而工作人員甚至不知道朝拜方向。他們最後在行政客房祈禱，這很不理想。其次，咖啡廳和餐廳沒有杏仁奶或豆奶等飲品可供選擇，而這些飲品對過敏的客人來說非常重要。一些客房內的便利設施，例如牙具，在入住時遺失，房間整理後的第二天才出現。泳池的梯子感覺很脆弱，深度也不夠，這可能有安全隱患。此外，房間裡的熨斗很髒、壞了，而且還漏水，使用起來很不方便。 總的來說，我的住宿體驗很愉快，但希望這些問題能得到解決，以進一步提升賓客體驗。

價格偏高，與服務環境等完全不匹配，但是巴基斯坦也就這條件了，好在是比較安全。room service打了很多次電話，都無法快速響應。網絡服務也是很爛很爛，經常不能上網。中間出現了一些小問題，攜程客户還是很負責任的幫忙解決掉了。

Good location but very old facility, needs improvment. Food was terrible, don't eat in the hotel.

客房服務和洗衣房真的很高效。雖然他們有一些舊的房間,但也有大型漂亮的房間,有吹風機和衣櫃。空調效果很好。早餐還不錯。缺點是沒有熱水。

這家酒店位置優越,步行到附近的商場只有10-minute。樓下也有幾家小吃店,晚上點美食熊貓很方便快捷。 這裏的工作人員非常有禮貌,樂於助人。在我通過Trip.com預訂後,他們主動聯繫我WhatsApp詢問我的抵達時間和任何特殊需求。他們甚至給我寄了一張地圖和精確的位置,非常周到和熱情。 房間方面,雖然沒有專用熱水系統,但由於巴基斯坦天氣炎熱,水溫自然是溫的,感覺就像暖暖的淋浴,很舒服。 每當我有問題時,我都可以在WhatsApp上向他們發送消息,他們幾乎隨時響應。我在這裏度過了愉快的時光,一定會再次選擇這家酒店進行下次訪問。

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

打工人出門在外，最看重的就是性價比，這家酒店簡直是寶藏！價格親民，房間卻一點不含糊。空間寬敞，佈置温馨，各種設施一應俱全。衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨又衞生。而且還有免費的停車場，對於自駕出行的我來説太友好了。住了幾天，算下來比同地段其他酒店省了不少錢，以後出行就選這兒啦，強烈推薦給大家！

這個酒店是我們展會指定的酒店之一，因為老闆有防彈車，這點非常重要❗️酒店的地理位置很棒，距離機場大概30分鐘的車程，距離展館約700-800米的距離.我們是9月到拉合爾的，當地要求乘坐防彈車才能出行，對中國人的出行帶來一些不便，但幸運的是這個酒店可以提供收費的防彈車，大概100多人民幣一人次，去展館。老闆很nice，也很好講話，因為一些商務需求，我們需要使用打印機，老闆非常爽快地答應了. 早餐也還可以，酒店也很乾凈，期待下次來的時候不再需要防彈車了.
