在英國柴郡，設有停車場的飯店

我們的房間位於三樓,面向火車站 - 但夜間沒有任何火車噪音 - 交通聲音更多! 天花板很高,窗戶很大,房間感覺很大很寬敞:D 就在車站外面你甚至不用去找它 然而,電話似乎沒有工作嘗試打電話給前台,但沒有人接,打電話時,電話甚至沒有通過 作爲一座老建築,通風是驚人的,空調建造,電梯有點小,但可以理解,因爲建築限制 總的來說,這是一個非常不錯的住宿,但更喜歡電話工作:/

到達前台30分鐘等待,因爲很多人試圖預訂,只有兩個前台接待員在桌子上,其中一個正在處理問題。這破壞了我們休息的開始。當我們到達餐廳上方的房間時,我們發現4133房間已經過時,衣櫃上的單板脫落。這不是我們從我們讀過的評論中預期的。 參考休閒綜合游泳池。很乾淨,但我們沒有發現如何操作儲物櫃的指示,不得不等到有人進來。早餐和酒吧區都很棒。 一般都很失望。

健身房很棒,游泳池很淺,所以每個人都很安全。每個更衣室的桑拿很酷。房間大小合適,乾淨,前台接待員非常樂於助人。早餐包括在我的沒有意識到的,它很棒,有很多選擇。

我和女朋友在泰瑟靈頓住得很開心。 唯一不滿意的是食物,收到食物花了大約1個小時,還被告知了廚房關閉時間的不同信息。可能我們可以按時下單,但有人在我們之後服務無法。似乎我們參觀的那天,廚房工作人員要麼人手不足,要麼有其他問題。櫃檯後面的工作人員看上去沒有經驗,只有1或2人知道該做什麼,儘管他們已經做太多了,無法協助。 從他們的花園看出去的景色很棒,在他們的高爾夫球場上。

辦理入住手續快捷方便，儘管沒有提供有關酒店的任何信息，例如游泳池開放時間，但晚餐可能會很忙，因為有幾個旅遊團預訂了房間。 房間乾淨整潔，雖然預訂了 2 人，但酒店有一張漂亮的手寫便條，歡迎我們入住，旁邊還有 1 包消化餅乾。浴室裡有 2 個大型洗髮精和沐浴露分配器，但洗髮精是空的，而且這種情況只在房間裡發現過一次。由於那天英國罕見的陽光，房間內有空調，這點很值得讚賞，但不幸的是，空調運行時噪音很大，所以需要在夜間關閉。床很舒服，可以選擇從前台訂購不需要的額外枕頭。退房很快很方便，工作人員也盡力幫助我們回答有關當地公車路線的問題，以幫助我們繼續旅程，但不幸的是他們不具備這方面的當地知識。

The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and accommodating. Hotel guests can use the spa facilities for free during their stay, something we took full advantage of. It’s a nice hotel to stay in if you’re in the area. Ideally there’d be a little more attention to upkeep- there are cobwebs in some harder to reach spots, we kept being given too few towels, the heater didn’t work, the shower was stiff and hard to turn on, and the batteries in the tv remote needed replacing. All small things that the staff were happy to fix when notified though.

Stayed here recently for 5 days. Fantastic experience here. Staff are unbelievably helpful. Didn’t get all the names of staff but Dave in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a couple of parking issues were sorted immediately. The car parking situation is the only real issue I would have with the hotel as it is a small car park and spaces are on a first come basis but this would definitely not deter me from returning. Rooms are excellent, spotless clean.Easy 10 minute walk into town and nice walkways along the canal which runs alongside the hotel. If you don’t want a noisy awakening around 6.30am from the gym music below stay away from the first floor rooms,although this didn’t bother us at all as we were happy to be up early
