Location & Ambience:
Situated just off Alderley Edge’s bustling high street, the hotel is perfectly positioned for guests to explore the village’s trendy boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The nearby sandstone ridge, known as “The Edge,” offers scenic woodland walks and panoramic views, adding to the area’s allure. 
Accommodation:
Guests have praised the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort. Rooms are well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and amenities such as Temple Spa toiletries, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee facilities. While some guests have noted that certain rooms can be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and ambiance receive high marks.  
Dining Experience:
The hotel’s restaurant, set within a rebuilt conservatory, offers a bright and airy dining space. DDrVicThe location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around.
In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two.
This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby.
We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed.
In terms of things that could do with improvement:
Cleanliness
The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection.
The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus.
Service
Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way.
Facilities
The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side.
There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered.
Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

CChristina Mad Paddy這家旅館太棒了🏨，員工也棒極了，他們竭盡全力滿足您的所有需求。我不明白為什麼有人要對這家酒店發表負面評論，還要拍下他們在房間裡發現的任何瑕疵。這是一家歷史悠久的飯店，雙人房每晚僅需41英鎊。這些抱怨的人真是太沒品了，別再像個無底洞一樣到處拍照了，醒醒吧，說到底，這只是一張用來睡覺的床而已。如果您想要像勞瑞藝術中心那樣的體驗，那就去付勞瑞藝術中心的價格。這家飯店的泳池也比麗笙飯店好，而且就在機場旁邊，如果您要去度假，這裡是理想之選。即使您只是去曼徹斯特市區，公共交通（火車、巴士）也很方便。從清潔工、酒吧服務員到經理，所有員工都非常出色。酒吧和餐飲的價格也很合理，他們也接待家庭和寵物等等。所以，🙏請停止抱怨，好好享受您的假期吧！五星級好評🌟一路感謝大家，我一定會再回來的！

訪訪客用戶We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent!
What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better.
Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10.

The location is perfect—conveniently close to key areas, making it easy to get around Manchester. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, responsive, and always willing to help.

TTG1989我們在入住前幾個小時到達切斯特,所以想問我們是否可以寄存行李,但是我們的房間已經準備好了,所以我們被告知可以立即入住!(偉大的開始!)我們還以折扣價格升級(那裏幾乎沒有什麼接觸)
外觀令人驚歎,旋轉門(可能是我最喜歡的酒店部分哈哈)和宏偉的樓梯令人驚歎!工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。
那天早些時候我割傷了手指,它繼續重新開放,其中一個工作人員非常樂於助人,因爲我跑了出去,幫我弄溼巾和額外的石膏。
房間本身很華麗!!我們可以看到後花園的景色,秋天的葉子看起來很好!牀很大很舒服!
我很想知道哪裏可以買到枕頭!!!
我討厭爬樓梯,但他們太宏偉了。
我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但我們在酒吧裏喝一杯,同時我們等待朋友,很可愛。食物看起來很好吃。
我唯一的問題是晚上奇怪的嗡嗡聲/嗡嗡聲,很難入睡。然而,我確實帶了耳塞,應該用它們,所以就在我身上哈哈!

訪訪客用戶This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland.
We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful.
One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.
