Super für den Besuch der Stadt - wundervolle Aussicht auf die Gotteshäuser vom Garten beim Pool - sehr nette Mitarbeiter - bis auf die im Frühstücks Restaurant - sehr gutes Frühstück - gute Produkt Qualität - nur die Amaturen im Badezimmer bräuchten eine Auffrischung - Parkplatz gegen Gebühr.

This place is a really good choice for Badajoz. I love the location near the river and the excellent breakfast. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The room was simple and overall needs an update. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness in the rooms, particularly the bathrooms. I will definitely stay here again.

本來被安排在101房，結果完全沒有WiFi信號。跟酒店反應後馬上幫我們換房去了premium。很好的服務。房間很大，很寬敞，超愛。

非常非常美的酒店，酒店麪積很大，位於古城中心，完全是一個改完後現代化的古堡。加了40歐升級到酒店最好的一個房間，約100平米，房間各種設施非常貼心和現代化。 酒店旁邊有一家米其林二星餐廳，165歐一人的套餐共16道菜，味道非常贊。 酒店有一個花園餐廳，桔子樹，草地環繞，非常美。

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

現代酒店，非常新，房間寬敞，位置優越，酒店下方可設有公共停車場。所有的工作人員都非常友好。換個角度來說，加床的床墊很軟。 我們肯定會重複。

Llegamos al hotel casi a la una de la mañana pero con el check-in no hubo ningún problema. El hotel limpio la gente amable y el desayuno estupendo. Si vuelvo por allí, volveré a buscar este hotel

Horrible experience at the hotel. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. We had to pay an additional charge at checkout without being notified of it beforehand, too. However, the room was fairly clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful. If not for the rude and racist staff, it would have been a nice place to stay.
