在哥倫比亞玻利瓦爾省，設有停車場的飯店

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Breakfast is Hopeless, and show it as or make it look like free breakfast, asians cannot eat, the hotel is good, service is okay, location is amazing, i will recommend

Casa Santa Clara：雅高旗下的索菲特傳奇。也是城裡三家奢牌和當中規模最大的。圖中是花園，也是住進來歷史遺跡裏，可以在葱鬱的熱帶植物掩映，和斑駁的立柱古牆邊吃早餐，很妙！我這次也很感謝網友的推薦，也是雅高會員，所以就選了它。服務是預想的熱情老練，而且它是我第一家遇到的歡迎禮品送—一大袋哥倫比亞咖啡粉的酒店！感覺很用心！另外，好多人在卡塔赫納結婚呀，在這家也遇到盛裝出席的家族 見最後一張圖 哈哈哈

食物還可以 就是酒店偏僻 如果游泳的地方有熱水提供就更好了 另外酒店電梯等的時間有點長 在酒店吃東西全部要服務費 要是不收就好了 哈哈哈哈哈哈哈

非常好的酒店靠近海灘和老城區 在接待處服務非常有幫助和非常友好 早餐豐盛,水果無限,在哥倫比亞全境沒有吃過這樣的早餐屋頂上的游泳池也在晚點開 房間裏沒有飲用水 但哥倫比亞沒有傳統我們已經在全世界使用了這個網絡 而且從來沒遇到過任何問題

酒店附近沒有什麼吃的 酒店房間還算大但是早飯不行，沒啥吃的，比holiday inn還差。酒店不提供水，mini bar裏收費較高，房間沒有吹風機得去前台要，海景很美 但是房間有小螞蟻 還挺多的

酒店不錯,房間很大,有海景陽台!這家酒店沒有私人海灘,所以任何人都可以在酒店前灘游泳,想去前灘拿座位和傘的時候要交COL PESO 30.000!在前面的海灘上有很多賣食物的賣家,每5分鐘就會有人來打擾你,這是唯一的問題!休息酒店很棒,特別是游泳池很棒!早餐足夠好!適合家人和朋友羣!

優秀的酒店和員工。全新的藝術作品和裝飾。景色和氛圍簡直美極了。我所知道的唯一一個問題是最後的1/2開車到酒店實際上是經過一些粗糙的未鋪路面的道路,如果你患有暈車的話,可能會使你的車生病。除了我說的那些話,如果你在卡塔赫納,一定要去放鬆一下,保持自然

10年前第一次來CARTAGENA時就住的這家老5星酒店，印象非常好，尤其是對庭院式布局，游泳池和邊上的餐廳。 上午10點左右就到達了，從北京出發算已經經過了28小時飛行和轉機，實在疲倦的不想再等到下午3點入住(上的洲際就為了提前入住收了50美元)，做好了加價提前入住的打算；前台說房間已經可以住了，並且同意把最後一天的早餐提前到當天，實在非常的難得，感謝! 前台，餐廳和各種服務都很周到，雖然房間顯得老點，還是覺得物超所值!
