訪訪客I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Ssepriday14這不是一個可以直接搭乘大眾運輸工具的地方。
室外游泳池沒有加熱，所以我現在不能游泳，因為水很冷。
但健身房設施很好。
提供簡單的水果和水。
特別是水和碳酸水源源不絕地供應，所以我很享受。
淋浴間出了問題，服務再次給我留下了深刻的印象，不僅給我換了房間，還送了酒作為禮物！

唯一的問題是我們訂的有一件大床房，給的是雙床房。
另外一件標間門卡打不開，每次要工作人員用他們的卡開門。好在我們衹住一個晚上
酒店有免費機場接送服務，衹需要提前預約就好。離店的時候酒店為他們的失誤道歉，並做了相應的補償。

MMarcelo我個人的體驗非常棒。我把這家旅館當作基地，在智利各地旅行，也順便去了海外。他們滿足了我的要求，讓我把大包寄起來，這樣我就用小包出門了。工作人員總是很友好，餐廳的食物很棒，餐廳裡的工作人員也非常友善。我喜歡飯店的位置，毗鄰科斯塔內拉中心和聖克里斯托瓦爾大都會公園。我多次在公園周圍徒步旅行。
機場接送或搭計程車都很方便，因為其中一條通往機場的高速公路就在附近，所以行程非常快速。
雖然它並非最便宜的選擇，但考慮到酒店的設施、清潔度和地理位置，物有所值。

訪訪客用戶This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

GGuoguoheerdi我們是兩程飛機間為了休息預訂的該酒店，去的時候沒有使用酒店，自己打車，大約十分鐘到。凌晨兩點多到的，辦理入住順利。同時預訂第二天上午的接駁車去機場，免費。進屋就睡覺了，睡得也比較舒服，房間空間大，床也大。沒來得及拍照酒店的照片。

訪訪客用戶這家酒店是我入住最愉快的一次酒店。1，服務是真的好，幫我這麼多行李免費送到房間，因為去了好多個國家，第一次入住沒有當地的比索。服務員也特別特別，一點沒有嫌棄。好感動！2 ，酒店特別安全，晚上進酒店都有人守着，酒店的大門會關上，超級安全。3，每日都會打掃衞生。保持房間的乾淨。4，早餐的環境也是特別優雅。5，酒店的價格也是超實惠的。綜上所述，對這家酒店很滿意！

訪訪客用戶寶藏酒店。機場大巴能直達斜對面的車站。酒店可以有條件免費寄存行李（有還回來住的訂單）。凌晨5點退房去機場，竟然還幫我們提前打包好早餐，太讚了。房間硬件也不錯，乾淨整潔。

訪訪客用戶考慮到飯店位於工業區，周圍都是商業區，視野一般，也沒有倉庫，所以設施還不錯。飯店內部溫馨舒適，裝潢精美，座位充足。員工服務熱情周到，是一大亮點。房間也很棒，層高很高，寬敞明亮，鋪著厚厚的地毯，配有落地窗簾，空調也相當安靜。浴室很大，維護得很好。餐廳晚餐價格偏高，菜色味道也比較平淡。自助早餐種類豐富，應有盡有，還有廚師現場指導並準備特殊訂單——非常貼心！
唯一的缺點是房間裡一直有馬達的嗡嗡聲，尤其是在窗戶附近，讓人難以入睡。我無法判斷聲音是來自飯店的發電機還是後面的工廠。晚上聲音更大。
