Todo bien, excepto el desayuno es un desastre en lo que se refiere a la organización, la disponibilidad de mesas, la disponibilidad de alimentos y bebidas.
Al no tener estacionamiento propio, estacionarse en el estacionamiento del mall es todo un problema y un caos.

5 stars. Big handicapped room. In room fridge was cold. Bed was firm. Shower water pressure on hot ******. Cold was awesome if you like a cold shower... Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Free parking. Big elevators. Great AC. Hotel will give you daily pass to fitness club if you ask. Many restaurants in same complex. Hotel has two.

氣氛變得明亮(溫暖的氣氛消失)
我收到了最後一個房間,但是看不到湖水,從牀頭的窗戶吹來了冷風。
加熱器的溫度設置爲30度,但聲音很大,幾乎沒有風,室溫也沒有上升23度。
聯繫前台後訪問了負責人,但用溫度計檢查後正常。沒辦法...遺憾的應對。
位置和整潔度都不錯,但是房間分配是福不福。
樓層陽房間是血,樓皮路鹹美堂

訪訪客用戶The hotel is in a spectacularly wonderful location, overlooking the lake. The only drawbacks for us were the beds (which were single beds), and the restaurant.
The buffet breakfast was fine, but that's where it came to a grinding halt was., unfortunately. Items on the menus were not available, and the quality of the food
was below par.
It's a shame because a hotel with wonderful views like that should have a good chef and a bustling restaurant. I don't know, but I don't think it got any external guests while we were there and if so, that would be the reason. I hasten to add that we did not eat any of the Chilean dishes on the menu, just the standard Western fare of pizzas or toasted sandwiches.
But the staff were wonderful - particularly Martin in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant isn't in the same building, but not a drama, but for our supper we got charged nearly 100 thousand pesos, ny partners had eaten his food before I got my steak, out potatoes and chips were cold, and by time my steak finally arrived my chips were totally cold. Breakfast was fine and plentiful.
