我的淋浴頭安裝不好,太高了,不會向下傾斜,兩個燈泡不工作。牀附近沒有方便的插頭。前台人英語不多,把手機遞給我的旅行夥伴(在淋浴更好的不同房間裏)和英語更好的人說話。我不會再在這裏訂房間了。總的來說,這不是可怕的,只是不是我需要的。

Well , the staff and his name is Keith he is a great guy very nice and accommodating. The room is just ok. Bathroom is less than ok. Our sink was keep clogging and toilet has stained and when u flush the toilet so loud and slow. Whats the best on our stay was just staff especially Keith. Keep up the good work Keith

The hotel was less than desirable. It was old and run down, not very clean either. People working there seemed to be understaffed and too busy to help us. Overall I would give a less than average rating.

At first when we first checked in, the concierge was crabby, but when our rooms A/C wasn't working, he came up checked it out thoroughly and said he could put us into another room once he checked the other rooms A/C to make sure it was working. It was a smaller room, but during a heat wave with A/C, it was great!

HHaydenClean hotel, but expect to smell Smokey smells in even a non smoking room the smokers in the hotel smoke so much the smells come through the walls.
