The manager Sourab was very welcoming helpful and generous. He had helpful information about the town and eateries, was very kind to allow us access to a clothes drier as the motel one was having issues and generously went over and above his role to help us.. the motel was comfortable and clean close to town and the local pools and golf course, we have been here twice now and would highly recommend it. The restaurant next door also provides breakfast until 10am and midday and evening meals, the quality is good and fairly priced.

Clean, comfortable and has many of the little touches found in higher end establishments. We enjoyed a very pleasant overnight stay and were disappointed not to be able to extend it another night. However it’s not surprising this property is heavily booked. Some of the features we used and appreciated were the hand held shower, microwave and utensils. There is a cooktop for the serious DIY folk. The only criticism was having to lug our suitcases upstairs. Our room was second floor. Regardless - highly recommend.

和家人一起住在那裏(2個成人+3個孩子)。公寓是2噸級,絕對完美 - 頂樓的孩子(只是上樓梯,窗簾作爲牆壁)。有體面的休息室放鬆身心,還有小廚房。我們只在那裏吃早餐,它很棒,有你需要的一切。步行距離市中心(是的,即使帶孩子,也一點也不遠),附近的哈格利公園非常適合晨跑。有洗衣設施,有點過時,但再次 - 完成了工作。不幸的是,孩子們沒有使用游泳池,因爲它關閉了(蓋上了蓋子),但再次 - 這對我們來說沒什麼大不了的,因爲其他東西都計劃好了。強烈推薦它!

哇。我以為一切看起來都不錯，直到我仔細看，到達後的工作人員不容易接近，也沒有地方可以看到。 首先進一步觀察房間，最重要的是注意到窗簾和窗戶都發霉了！而且上面還有黃色的污漬！在廚房裡，沒有什麼比餐具杯等更匹配的，還有糖鹽+胡椒粉裝在不同的容器裡。淋浴間裡還殘留著前一個留下的頭髮，屋頂很髒，門上有一大塊骯髒的棕色變色斑塊。淋浴時我還注意到浴室裡的所有三個通風口/風扇都充滿了灰塵，我能看到的地方絕對需要深度清潔和真空吸塵！遺憾的是這還不是全部。我知道它比其他地方便宜一點，但我仍然期望高水平的清潔度，特別是因為我付錢是為了感覺舒適並留在這裡。 我不得不說的唯一真正好的事情是房間、廚房和浴室的大小都很好，當我看到它們時，我認為主人很好，有免費無線網路和停車場，房間過夜很溫暖。 如果我能幫忙的話，我個人不會再入住

老闆是華人，全程交流溝通無障礙。我們早上10點多就到了，老闆趕緊讓人打掃出來一間房給我們提前入住，感謝🙏酒店所處位置應該是遊玩基督城最方便的地方，到植物園，雅芳河，河畔市場，大教堂都可輕鬆步行到達。離公交車站近，線路多，無論到機場還是其它地方都極方便。步行10分鐘就有大型超市，mall,亞洲超市，各種口味的餐廳。自駕停車方便，可以購買齊全各種食材。來南島住基督城，這家酒店是性價比最佳之選。

This is a quiet little motel. Easy walking to the grocery store, where we got supplies for breakfast. We had a small kitchen in our room. The pillows were very thick but there were thinner ones in the closet. Cookware needs updating. A spatula broke and the fry pan wouldn't sit flat on the stove. We had a comfortable night but it needs some updates.

We were recommended to stay, by friends, and we were not disappointed. Very clean, tidy, cosy unit for an overnight stay on our way to Christchurch. Friendly hosts, Shirley and Morgan, and our unit 12, Studio unit had everything we needed. Quiet from highway noise. You do hear the 2 trains but we love hearing them. Loved the fact that we could go out the gate at the end of the property and walk onto the beautiful, pounding surf beach. Sunrise the next morning, with snow on the mountains, was stunning. We will be back.

Das Motel ist zentral gelegen, preislich nicht sonderlich teuer - entspricht aber auch der Qualität. Die Zeiten der Rezeption sind äußerst ungünstig und werden nicht eingehalten. Da wir erst am Nachmittag vom CHC Abfolgen, wollten wir das Gepäck im Hotel lassen. Am Vorabend haben wir uns erkundigt, wann und ob wir das Gepäck abgeben können. Der frühstmögliche Zeitpunkt (aus Sicht des Motels) ist die Öffnung der Rezeption warten um 9:30 Uhr. Am Check-out-Tag haben wir um kurz vor halb 10 bereits vor der Rezeption gewartet und haben festgestellt, dass die Rezeption noch verschlossen war und die Angestellten auch nicht ins Gebäude kamen.. somit haben wir vor verschlossenen Türen bis 09:45 Uhr warten müssen. Als wir (UND die Angestellten!) dann endlich reingelassen wurden, konnten wir under Gepäck erst in einer halben Stunde abgeben.. dadurch verplempern wir die uns bleibende Zeit in CHC.. hierhin würden wir nicht mehr kommen!

Had a great experience at Rosewood Court Motel for 4 nights. The place was cleaned every day to a high standard and very warm. The shower pressure was amazing. A very comfy wee unit that also supplied a lot of cooking utensils and items which is unlike a lot of motels these days. The service was amazing, the host is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to anyone and will be staying here again.

This motel must have been built about ten years ago with no investment since. Beds are reasonable and the bare essentials are here. Staff are friendly and helpful. However motel now looks tired and worn with the occasional thing that requires maintenance (pop up plug in bathroom no longer works, blinds in bedroom do not seal properly etc). For $240/night I would have expected better quality.

就在路邊，離機場不遠。入住簡單，報名字就可以，有免費停車，前台服務不錯，送了一盒牛奶，推薦了本地好的西餐廳，步行過去西餐廳、超市不太遠，超市附近就是華人區，不過超市19點左右就關門了。 房間不大，沒有衣櫃，放衣服的地方不多，乾淨，有煮食、沐浴用品、毛巾，沒有拖鞋，有咖啡，淋浴噴頭不太出水

Great motel, good location & fantastic helpful and sweet host, Rose. We stayed at Admiral Hotel for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s very clean and nice rooms with everything you need; big kitchen with supplies, nice bed and great shower. The hotel is located near city center and only takes 10-15 minutes walk. But the best thing about this hotel is the owner Rose. She is the much loving women, who did everything in her power to let us have the best vacation ever! From we stepped into her motel we felt at home. And even her husband Terry, showed us great hospitality. We can’t thank them enough. All our best recommendations to Admiral Hotel!

凌晨一點多到，有車來接，是個中國小伙不錯，安頓好睡覺都三點了，第二天店家外國人沒到十點就一直催退房，累得不行，不是因為離機場近不會選擇，十點過五分就說再不退房就多收壓金，這點不好！

We had spent the previous night in Lake Tekapo at a dreadful place (Tekapo1929 Lake Front Villa). Arriving at Settlers was a relief and an absolute delight. We were welcomed by a couple who are caretaking for the motel owners at present. They were friendly, welcoming, warm and hospitable. Our rooms (we booked one for us and one for our children) were perfect. Clean, tidy, and comfortable with beautiful decor. My partner and I even got upgraded! The smallest details often make a huge difference. Umbrella's beside every guest room door. Air freshener, plasters (band aids) and a jar of bath salts in the bathroom. Chocolates on our beds resting on mini pinecones. The grounds are very tidy and well manicured. All of this within a very short walk to the hot springs, bars and restaurants. We paid $348 for 1 night for 2 x rooms. Excellent value for money. Will definately stay here on any return trip to Hanmer.

This has to be one of our favourite motels in NZ. It is modern and very well located. The sun streams in all day (when available!). The host has upgraded us to a three bedroom unit the last two times we have stayed. Very spacious with a wet floor shower, super comfortable bed and excellent heating. It is only a 400M walk to the hot pools and is close to restaurants and cafes. The unit has a well equipped kitchen. We will stay again.

物超所值，環境服務都很好

地理位置相當優越，在主幹道上，附近有個加油站，旁邊步行幾分鐘有個營業時間較晚的便利店，裏面東西豐富，小鎮上很多飯店晚上9點這樣關門了，旁邊還有個公園，風景佳。前台的大嬸很和藹，接待很親切，check in 的時候還送了當地的鮮奶。那邊人力成本較高，前台和打掃貌似都是一個人，所以大家退房的時候最好簡單清掃一下。提瑪魯也有個海灘，晚上可以看到藍企鵝歸巢，若是錯過了奧馬魯的企鵝保護中心，可以選在在裡邊看。

挺好的，抵達比較晚，直接把鑰匙放房間了，相對有點舊，up to my standards. not in the city center

非常友好和熱情的主人,甚至給我提供了另一位客人留下的啤酒。與其他客人交朋友。房間很寬敞,有我們需要的一切,包括餡餅溫暖的烤箱和微波爐。靠近商店,乳品過馬路和白恩省去很短的車程

一年來工作多次入住海灣高架橋,沒有失敗Carol和Noel的服務水平是傑出的,房間完美無瑕,很舒服,在這裏總有家的感覺。

The motel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of bath linen. Loved the view over Caroline Bay. The unit we had (No.14) had zero road noise. There were 2 x trains. One early in the evening, and one during the night, neither of which was a problem. The hosts are very pleasant. We will stay here again

這個地方還可以。相當基本,但也有點便宜。酒店只能通過餐廳上面的一些樓梯到達,所以我們不得不一一拖着沉重的行李上去。聲音在房間之間很容易傳播,房間實際上沒有帶水槽的廚房,地板上顯然有一個共用廚房。這在預訂廣告中有點誤導。

We stayed here while on a biking trip in the South Island. It was two level accomodation adjacent and below a main road. Walking distance to green areas and supermarket. The unit was clean but had an unusual layout in the bathroom and second bedroom which wasn't ideal. There was no sound proofing between floors where we had kids running around upstairs late into the night and workers using this as a base coming and going. It was not restful with additional traffic noise. Wife was not happy with the amount of light from outside lights reflecting onto the ceiling from the top of the curtains. The manager/owner was very pleasant and helpful and we were able to park safely with our bikes. Location was ideal for us although entry was via a side street. Would be stay again. Probably not.

The motel is conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens south of the centre of Timaru. It is on a main road, but we heard no road noise, despite being only two units back from the entrance. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had the impression that our unit had been built a couple of decades back, but had been renovated to a modern standard. It was spacious, with a large living room, a small kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and two bedrooms each with a large double bed (this meant the space around them was quite narrow). We were very comfortable there.
