Mango Sticky Rice Cake
It is said that mango glutinous rice cake originated in Changzhou, but it has long been out of Changzhou, and it must be found in dessert shops in urban areas. But when I came to Cheung Chau to eat a piece of mango glutinous rice cake, I felt more authentic. Many tourists who come to Cheung Chau will make reservations when they arrive in Po, and bring a box or two back to the city as souvenirs before leaving. Apart from mango glutinous rice cake, the dessert shop will provide other different Hong Kong-style desserts. When the weather is hot, a bowl of refreshing dessert is the most suitable.

Red Bean Cake
The Hometown Chaliao opened in 1995 and has continued to operate ever since. In addition to Hong Kong-style hand rolls, the red bean cake in the store is also one of the classic snacks, and almost everyone in Cheung Chau knows it. The red bean cake is filled with sweet red bean puree and original red beans. The taste is quite strong, and the red bean material is not very sweet, which is very resistant to eating. Since middle school, almost every time I travel to Cheung Chau, I will definitely go to my hometown Chaliao to buy hand rolls and red bean cakes. The taste and feelings have not changed over the years.
