My first day in Bangkok started with lunch at Côte, which brings Riviera-inspired cuisine by Young Chef Award recipient Chef Davide Garavaglia to the Chao Phraya River, the River of Kings.
Having worked with Mauro Colagreco, holder of Three MICHELIN Stars at Mirazur, France, for many years, Head Chef Davide revelled us with beautifully presented modern style French cooking based on the freshest ingredients and inspired Colagreco touches. The cuisine showcases ingredients produced by local growers from surrounding countrysides in Thailand.
We simply sat back and enjoyed the Four Courses Escapade Lunch, each course a feast for the eyes and a delight to the tastebuds! Both the mains Hake Fish and Lamb were top notch.
It’s also wonderful to know we are in good hands. The service team won the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2022 Service Award. A most memorable lunch!
