Best Congee Spot in Tsim Sha Tsui! : Master Congee

This time, I happened to be in Jordan for some errands, saw there wasn’t a line, and immediately went in to enjoy my favorite — youtiao (Chinese fried dough). This branch is much more spacious compared to the one in Tsim Sha Tsui. The youtiao was crispy and flavorful, and the sesame ball (jian dui) was huge! I also ordered the lean pork congee — the pork slices were thick and tender, so different from what I usually get on the mainland. A must-try is their cheong fun (rice noodle rolls). They’re super springy with generous fillings. Today, I finally tasted what real, fragrant, silky-smooth rice rolls should be — and it was right here at Master Congee. 📍地址：香港尖沙咀金馬倫道15號 每次經過尖沙咀的粥大師分店，總是人頭湧湧。 這次剛好在佐敦辦事，看到分店沒有人排隊，立刻進去享用我最愛的——油條。 這間分店比尖沙咀的那間寬敞得多。 油條非常酥脆又入味，芝麻球（煎堆）也超大！ 我還點了瘦肉粥——瘦肉片厚實又嫩滑，跟我在內地吃到的完全不同。 必試的是他們的腸粉，超彈牙又餡料豐富。 今天終於品嘗到真正香滑細膩的腸粉——就在粥大師。
