We chose an “unconventional route”—hiking up the mountain first, enjoying a panoramic view of the stunning Riviera before heading down to the village. It sounded like a great idea at first, but in reality… it turned into an endurance challenge 🏃♂️💦. At the beginning, we were still full of energy: “Wow! The air is so fresh! The view is amazing!” 🌿🌞 But before long, the trail got steeper, and the sun got hotter… 🕐 First hour: Still hanging in there! “We must be close, right?” 🤔 🕑 Second hour: Legs shaking 😵💫, willpower crumbling 💀. Finally, we reached the top! From here, the entire French Riviera stretched out before us 💙🌊— a breathtaking, almost surreal view! There was another fishing village on the other side of the mountain, but we immediately gave up and sent our drone instead ✈️. After all, going down there would mean another 3-hour return trip 😓.
