We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

友好的工作人員,寬敞的房間,早餐的傳播體面(甜甜圈和蛋糕的味道可以改善)。我們深夜入住,包括接待員和行李員在內的夜間工作人員需要更多的面向客人的培訓。總體來說不錯的住宿,露台上還有一個小游泳池,附近都是火車站和KSRTC汽車站。

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

*Base9 Restaurant* was the most beautiful resort that I stayed ever.
The staffs showed a very great hospitality towards us.
The wash room was quite good compared to other restaurants.
The items (Dental set, Shaving set, Shampoos,oils,moisturizer) for daily usage was available right there.
In short I recommend all of the people to stay there because it was almost close to the Chochin International Airport.
The atmosphere was very clam and good. We could just enjoy our night there.

We stayed total 4 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it a lot! Amazing breakfast and lounge service. For the farewell we got a personal cake from the dining room manager. It’s was very touching 🥰

Bad welcome!
At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night )
We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access.
Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally.
I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for.
Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season.
Room service was good. The room was clean.
Room offered a great pool view.
We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options.
Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous.
Stay here if you get good deals.

AAnishPhilip我們在Ernakulam的普拉亞納酒店住宿總體來說是一次非常好的體驗,主要是因爲工作人員熱情的招待和優質的服務。從我們到達的那一刻起,我們就被安排感受到了歡迎。歡迎飲料是一種令人耳目一新的接觸,爲愉快的住宿奠定了基調。接待團隊高效而禮貌,順利辦理入住手續,並確保我們擁有所有必要的住宿細節。特別要提到行李員,他們非常樂於助人,臉上總是微笑,他們的專注給人留下了深刻的印象。
酒店的位置是一個很大的加分項,位置便利,無論是觀光、購物還是商務,都很容易在城市周圍走動。無障礙環境和周圍環境增加了整體的積極體驗。
雖然我們真的很欣賞這項服務,但有幾個方面可以改進。酒店底部的餐廳在食物選擇方面沒有提供太多種類,這有點令人失望。如果有更多的選擇,特別是對於那些停留更長的人來說,這將是很棒的。房間沒有水壺,這是許多旅行者期待快速喝一杯茶或咖啡的東西。缺少洗澡立方體(淋浴圍欄),使浴室體驗變得不那麼方便。我們也面臨一個問題,毛巾即使在要求後也沒有提供,這是一個小失望。

房間本身很可愛–乾淨,寬敞,設備齊全,舒適,在探索了一天的城市後提供了美妙的撤退。顯然,酒店爲保持高標準的清潔和客人滿意度而感到自豪。
酒店的早餐很合理,有適合不同口味的物品選擇。雖然不是我遇到的最廣泛的自助餐,但食物的質量很好,提供了堅實的一天開始。
然而,我的住宿並非沒有問題。最持久的問題是酒店spa不斷的冷電話。幾乎每天接到這些電話變得相當麻煩。這是酒店管理層可能想重新考慮的事情,或者至少爲客人提供選擇退出此類通信的選擇。
此外,一名工作人員因沒有提前通知他們,有一次我將錯過自助早餐,而對我進行了一次不幸的事件。這種突然性令人驚訝,不符合團隊其他成員設定的優秀服務標準。
總而言之,我在時代廣場酒店的住宿在許多方面都令人愉快,員工值得稱讚,住宿環境優美,餐飲選擇合理。然而,spa的營銷策略和與工作人員的孤立事件確實對整體體驗略有損害。希望酒店考慮這一反饋,以確保未來客人更愉快、更無縫的體驗

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

訪訪客用戶We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us.
Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best.
Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff.
Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views.
The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage.
Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us.
Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste
We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES

我們在這個美麗的湖度假村度過了最美好的3晚住宿。從我們到達的那一刻起,工作人員就超越了一切,讓我們感到歡迎,如此友好,樂於助人,真誠包容。
環境絕對令人歎爲觀止,度假村的整個氛圍寧靜而放鬆。一個放鬆和放鬆的完美場所。
房間可愛,寬敞,一塵不染,非常舒適,有我們完美的休息所需的一切。食物是另一個亮點,每頓飯都美味,呈現精美,味道十足。特別要提到餐廳的Jeeva,他讓我們的用餐體驗更加難忘,服務如此周到和熱情,但所有的餐廳工作人員都非常出色,每頓飯都是一種樂趣。還有安菊,他是如此可愛,再次非常細心,但我不得不說每個工作人員都非常愉快,這使我們的住宿非常出色。
不能推薦這個地方的寶石足夠,我們已經計劃下一次訪問!
