「A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.」

One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.
