接送機，租車，一日遊，這個酒店都可以幫忙預訂，價格是在機場訂的一半，接送機我之前看錯了沒找他，花了75歐，這個酒店接送機一共衹要40，租車機場50歐起，酒店幫我訂是35歐，一日遊也是，機場要75歐一個人，酒店訂40歐。建議天數多的租車一日遊都體驗，自己開車有些地方不知道怎麼去，網紅打卡位置一日遊的車都能給你開到。 酒店的位置可以，菲拉小鎮上，比住oia好，oia屬於住在旅遊景區裏了我感覺吃東西不方便，菲拉很多餐廳，中餐也有好幾家，酒店本身的話，3星的酒店，300來塊的價格，所以也不太挑了，在一個巷子裏，雖然沒有電梯，不過店家會幫你把行李都拎上去的，所以不用擔心。酒店房間本身比較小，沒有大行李的話夠住的，我覺得還算乾淨，毛毯，枕頭可以聞到洗過烘乾的香味。巷子路口就是便利店，走到哪都非常方便。

環境：非常美，坐看海上升明日，躺觀日落西山，喜歡在自家小陽台憑台而眺的風景，邊用餐邊觀景的慵懶，非常適合我這樣懶惰的客人 衞生：非常整潔，白色很適合作為乾淨的代明詞。 服務：非常親切，微笑是另一種服務的代明詞。 設施：簡單方便實用，沒有多餘誇張。 唯一不足的就是每個酒店都藏在錯落中，你需要拖着行李在錯綜複雜的小階中尋找🤣🤣

Very good location but we didnt know the first night had a beach party right next to us so we couldnt sleep due to the loud music. And they gave us free upgrade to beach view. Other than that the hotel is perfect, it is on the beach and have great restaurants!

Heavenly! Although only stayed for one night whilst visiting the island it was the tranquil peace of calm I needed on my first visit to Mykonos. Although location seems on a map at first seemed to be remote, especially for a solo traveller for less than 24h / it was an absolute blessing and ideal location. I booked a shared transfer from the airport with Hoppa.com - for under ten euros in advance - I was the only passenger booked on my flight with them so they upgraded me and gave me a private limo chauffeur no extra - literally 15 mins and a stunning drive to the hotel - which is located on a hill above Ornos a beautiful place. The hotel is no exception. Sat on the hillside beautiful location above the village which is a total contrast to Mykonos Town and just an absolute treat - with a lovely taverna and a fantastic bakery open late into the night - you must try it! Quiet location lovely pool area and courtyard and room across a few levels - small and intimate place I’m not sure I even saw another guest during my stay, very relaxing! The room allocated was lovely - lots of really useful amenities, lovely toiletries and complimentary bits all high quality , thoughtful items in the room - toothpaste etc. Powerful ac which was well used as it was really hot, super comfy bed, safe, fridge, tastefully decorated and modern style - I just loved the bathroom the style was really cool, cave-like and with a powerful shower - always a winner! The staff, particular the gentleman that checked me in was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful in helping me book transport and giving me hints and tips on the best way to maximise my short time in the island. Breakfast was included but I only had time for a coffee but it looked lovely. Didn’t need to worry at all about getting around Mykonos is so small and there are ways 24-7 to get anywhere on the island, particularly into Mykonos town and the airport and seaport. There are regular local buses direct to Mykonos town main bus station the bus stops literally outside the front door - the bus station you can change to the buses to the airport and new ferry port - same bus service. This cost around €2 and were running every hour. I took the very first bus I think was 8am which took around 15 mins to the port - and plenty of time for the first Seajets service to Santorini. Taxis were extortionate and you were looking at around €60 for the incredibly short walkable distances - I took one and instantly regretted it - driver was late and rude to me - which given the price tag compared to the rest of taxis in Greece - made me even more bitter about the price tag - there are other ways to get around. Reception can help you with all of this - they are great - I would 100% recommend - and absolutely love to go back if I ever visited Mykonos again

いくつもあるホテルの中から選んだが、このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです。 まず場所はフィラのバス停から歩いて5〜10分ほどかかります。スーツケースを転がし人混みの中、坂道と階段を登るので大変でした。帰りは送迎を頼みました。往復送迎を頼むのが賢明です。 1番安い部屋でしたがバルコニーがあり、眺めは最高でした。朝食も毎朝運んでいただきバルコニーでいい景色を見ながら食事ができました。よくあるバルコニーの前が道とかではないのでプライバシー感があり良かった。 スタッフさんもとても優しくて、英語が理解出来ない時でも辛抱強く説明してくれて助かりました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

Very enjoyable experience, the two staffs are very friendly, offer a delicious breakfast for us. The honeymoon suites have a beautiful view and tidy room. We will introduce this hotel to our friends who want to travel to Santorini.

這個酒店在oia小鎮的應該説是邊上吧，酒店門口是驢道每天都有驢糞有點臭，不過酒店裡麪環境還是不錯的，房間私人陽台可以看到日落，房間裏面佈局和設施還是很滿意的，整個oia小鎮的任何一家酒店可以説距離oia巴士公交車站都很近。可是該酒店的服務和酒店高端價格定位不成正比。 我的低分給的是酒店的服務這塊，酒店前線人員在遇到特殊情況發生時沒有權限不能第一時間最快的給顧客處理問題，導致顧客等待處理結果的時間成本和精力成本非常長，酒店服務很差，我的行李箱在行李員搬運到房間的路途中，因為行李箱在扛起放肩上時，沒有將行李箱拉桿放下去再扛起，拉桿在升直的狀態下進行搬運導致行李箱拉桿歪了，因為我的行李箱是特大號的queen size，這樣會將行李箱的重量轉移到拉桿上部分，從開始搬運行李箱的地方到酒店是有一段較遠的距離的，因為該酒店在懸崖上，需要不停的上下樓梯，搬到房間後的行李箱拉桿不能正常全部降下去了。當我發現時第一時間向酒店前台反應了，但酒店沒有處理，説第二天經理會來看，第二天經理來看後也沒有下文了。後來得知酒店經理彙報到酒店總部，但酒店總部不願意賠償。我也和平台反應了，但平台和酒店協商了很多天都沒有結果，酒店總部態度很強硬置之不理，我每天旅遊觀光的時間下午2點到3天都要趁酒店經理在職時趕回酒店，又和酒店溝通行李箱賠償的問題，但酒店經理權限有限，衹能再次彙報酒店總部，導致我在聖託里尼遊玩的幾天假期完全作廢了，每天眼睛一睜開就是回覆平台的訊息，像上班一樣，不像是度假。酒店不承認行李箱拉桿是酒店工作人員在搬運過程中弄壞，要我拿出證據，試問大家都是去度假的心情誰會有預知能力提前知道行李箱會在搬運過程中拉桿被損壞呢？誰會去提前錄像呢？離店時酒店免了我們三天早餐60歐元，後來已經快到港口時平台説酒店要我們回去，不回酒店就不賠一個普通行李箱了，這不就是故意的嗎？明知道我們後面還有行程回不去了，説賠一個街上普通店裡售賣的沒有任何品牌的幾十歐元的行李箱，但是當時我們已經退房了後面定了去希臘其他地方的船票和酒店，不可能為了一個行李箱放棄後面的行程。我們自己的行李箱是花了幾百美金買的，行李箱拉桿被損壞衹能自己認倒黴。如果沒有任何特殊情況發生住這個酒店還是不錯的，一旦發生任何特殊情況就不要期待酒店有高端的服務值和處理問題的高效率了。

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!
