We stayed here for 1 night and upon arrival, was given a room, before check in time, which was great. However, the room had not been cleaned properly, and felt very dirty, old and dated. I spoke to reception and they changed our room immediately. The new room was perfect, modern, clean and spacious. The staff were amazing, and very attentive. The breakfast was not very good at all unfortunately, the options were limited and the quality poor.

Always a good time at the hotel for a nice getaway and to have a reset time can’t fault the hotel besides the shower pressure and water not draining properly besides that 10/10

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

The venue was chosen as I was attending a weekend event there. The room was clean, although the windows on the outside were filthy! However, I can’t fault the cleanliness of the room itself and the bed was very comfortable..

Great price to service ratio. Comfy beds, warm sheets. Excellent location next to brilliant restaurants and shops etc.
