在智利聖地亞哥首都大區，設有Wi-Fi的飯店

飯店附近就有購物中心，所以我可以很方便地出去買水。飯店位置也很便利，靠近機場巴士總站和其他地鐵站。飯店前的街道很熱鬧，即使天黑以後，也覺得比較安全。也許是因為購物中心前面就有警察局吧。前台接待員會說英語，非常熱情，指引我去美食廣場和公車站。飯店設施齊全，包括空調、吹風機、洗髮精以及其他一些與日本商務飯店等級相當的用品。雖然我沒有享用早餐，但我覺得飯店餐廳應該也不錯。要說有什麼遺憾的話，那就是我忘了給小費。

第二次開智利出差，這裏依舊很好，最喜歡酒店的窗景，能看到雪山。位置便利，設施也比較新，網也很好，早餐也還可以，服務整體都沒毛病，下次還來。

服務態度：強調前台和服務人員的熱情與專業。例如：“前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，讓我感到賓至如歸。” 環境與衞生：描述酒店的環境和房間的整潔度。“酒店環境優美，房間乾淨整潔，給人一種舒適的感覺。”

飯店坐落在靠近市中心的安靜區域。飯店是一家時尚的商務飯店。雖然沒有過多的設施，但客房設計簡潔，設施齊全。價格不高，餐廳時尚實惠，所以我覺得這是一家舒適的酒店。

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。大床房很大，寬敞，早餐種類多。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是地鐵和華爾街charging bull，屬於是downtown中的downtown

我們喜歡現代風格的浴室,這是完美的。牀很棒,我們喜歡從這座建築的9樓看到的城市和山脈的景色。位置非常適合參觀城鎮的歷史部分和洛斯利昂周圍的現代地區。我們也喜歡在意大利街區的當地酒吧裏深夜喝酒和吃東西

總體應該說還挺不錯的，位置比較方便，星級酒店的標準服務，比較省心

我們的房間是內部的,大堂的景色模糊,所以不是很好。 房間裏沒有冰箱、茶或咖啡設施。 水永遠不會超過盧克的溫暖,毛巾需要更新。 房間很稀疏,但牀和牀上用品都很好。 位置很容易步行到聖盧西亞公園和地鐵。 早餐還行。 前台工作人員非常樂於助人

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

從復活節島回來又住了這家酒店，因為行李還在這兒寄存，酒店乾淨，早餐也不錯，靠近武器廣場，很方便。
