Sea Shanty, which sits in 1/4 acre of private grounds, has a roof top deck, overlooking the trees, with a view to the ocean beyond. There is a new 15 foot, private swimming pool for your use. The cozy master bedroom, which has King size bed, is directly off the deck on the second floor of the house.
