從假設開始，預訂的人應該有個地方寄存行李，而不用在城里四處尋找別人來保管行李，因為他們無法保管它們...我們進入這間還不錯但不干淨的公寓，客廳裡有兩盞燈。公寓也被稱為***，因為裡面不熱，即使打開窗戶也無法呼吸...他們以兩間雙人臥室的形式出售套餐，但只有一間雙人臥室，另一間是一間帶一張大號床的小房間（我們作為一對夫婦睡在裡面）。我不知道是淋浴間的黴菌更糟糕，還是浴巾更糟糕，浴巾不是 4 條而是 3 條，4 條中有 2 條是面巾...我們有 4 位客人...他們只在兩個房間裡給了我們一台風扇...也許我會對整個事情進行更好的評價。至於位置，沒有什麼好抱怨的，我們靠近市中心和所有的電車。

這間公寓或許近乎完美，除了那張小小的雙人床。但我還能忍受。問題是公寓存在一些嚴重的缺陷，而且該機構沒有（我再說一遍：沒有）提供任何幫助（甚至連我的電子郵件都沒回覆）。微波爐很老舊，顯示器也壞了（根本不知道是煮了1分鐘還是10分鐘…）。露台上的窗戶關不上，房間裡冷得要命……暖氣整天整夜都在發出噪音。但真正讓我失望的是該機構（VISION公寓）完全沒有回應。第一次，我只收到了「感謝您的建議…」之類的回覆。如果他們使用ChatGPT，服務品質肯定會有所提高。當我堅持至少發一封郵件說「我們很抱歉」時，卻沒有人回覆。我的感受：我經常去蘇黎世：我的下一次旅行已經預訂好了，但透過一個完全不同的機構。以後再也不會選Vision公寓了。

DO NOT STAY WITH VISION APARTMENTS The customer service is terrible. Despite our request, they failed to provide a crib bf or our baby. Even though it was within office hours, they refused to drop one off as ‘everyone had gone home’. I offered to collect one, but it was ‘against policy’. We were offered no apology or solution. They then tried to charge us to have the crib delivered the following morning. We had flown 15 hours with a 4 month old baby to visit family and this absolutely ruined our stay. Our apartment stalking cigarettes despite the no smoking policy. The sofa had cigarette burns. The shower did not function properly. The customer service was by far the worst we had ever experienced

Terrible experience our stay was terrible, the whole apartment smelled like heavy cigarette smoke which was really un bearable for us, secondly there was mold on the roof of the bathroom, this an extreme health hazard and when reached out to the Vision apartment support team we were offered a different apartment that we had to move at midnight with my family to with all our luggage to a new building in which the there was no bathroom light so we had use our flashlights to use the bathroom and still the support team offered a HUGE DISCOUNT of 5%, yes only 5% and mandatory book with them again. Overall terrible apartment conditon and not much help from the support team while charging me full value of the stay. I did NOT get even close to the value of money i paid for.

Please experience this hotel and change your holiday into hell.. 1. We did not receieve any email for the entrance to the room. So I had to walk to the main office and asked them to give me the password. Because I called them 3 times and emailled them but they did not do anthing so I and my family walked 2 kilometres to main office with our luggages. That was their wellcome for us. 2. We asked for a big bed and said we have a child nine years old. And please look at the photo of the bed and you decide. When i asked them for addiotional bed , or another room , they sent email and said sorry it is impossible. 3. No air conditioner in the room. 4. Unfriendly staff . If you dont believe us , please go to this hotel and live the hell. Thanks

Would not stay here again Our apartment was relatively nice. It was mostly clean, with the exception of quite a bit of mold in the shower. I did have quite a bad customer experience with them before our stay. They wanted copies of our passports and were completely unwilling to work with me when I wanted to send a password protected PDF. I ended up having to send copies unprotected via email, which I did not feel comfortable about. We were also frustrated that the pictures online showed apartments with a couch, and ours did not have one.
