From the moment we arrived at La Réserve Eden au Lac, we knew we were in for a special experience. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone for a stay defined by impeccable hospitality and attention to detail. Our room was nothing short of breathtaking, with stunning views over Lake Zurich. The interior design was elegant and modern, blending sophistication with comfort so seamlessly that we never wanted to leave. The bed was incredibly plush, like sleeping on a cloud, and the high-quality bed linen felt luxurious against the skin—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Housekeeping maintained the room to absolute perfection, ensuring everything was spotless and inviting. Dining at the hotel was a world-class experience. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with beautifully presented dishes that delighted both the eyes and the palate. The service was attentive and professional, making every meal a pleasure. The hotel’s design and atmosphere feel contemporary yet timeless, appealing to discerning travelers. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop bar, easily the best in Zurich. The ambiance, the expertly crafted cocktails, and the selection of gourmet snacks were outstanding. The panoramic views were simply breathtaking—overlooking the lake, the city, and even the distant Alps on a clear day. A perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Zurich. Beyond the hotel, the location is unbeatable. Situated right on the lake, we found it easy to walk everywhere, exploring the city’s main attractions effortlessly. We can’t wait to return!

Très bons lits avec des employés aimables qui veulent répondre à tous vos besoins. Vue imprenable et un grand balcon pour profiter de la vue. Le personnel ne pourrait pas être plus gentil, vous saluant toujours et vous aidant. Le restaurant est mon seul reproche 60 francs pour un hamburger avec de la nourriture très chère, la nourriture est excellente mais pas bon marché. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent hôtel que je recommande

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! The rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view of the lake that feels like an escape from the bustle of the city and the room we stayed in was beautiful and modern. Definitely a memorable stay and a great experience!

Das Hotel bietet ein stilvolles Ambiente und wunderschöne Zimmer. Besonders das Essen in der Eden Kitchen war hervorragend – ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Sehr empfehlenswert!
