Never would recommend them Even I did a reservation for 3 it was only for 2, them they didn’t help at all. We had to look for q different place at 1:30 am because that was the time I fished up talking to them, it was that late because we arrived late Friday night. WORST customer service ever

Horrible Experience Well… Very unhappy this location. My room and my kids room are nothing like the pictures. I made one reservación and they book me for two rooms which I didn’t have a problem, I figured my teenagers will be in a room near me. Well I was wrong their room was in another building, and they couldn’t do anything to fix the problem. I stayed with my daughter in building 8 and my husband with my son in building 12. Then my cousin booked a room for 3 and they got a room with one bed and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it either. Don’t show up before check in you will have to wait on the street since they don’t have a lobby. Even you get you code to get it it will not work until 3PM we were a group of 11 and waited on the street on a cold weather for over 30 minutes. The bathroom were very small without soap or shampoo. Overall t was a horrible experience.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat (and there needs to be two more!). Loved the balcony and the area.

Good for a couple one or two people close central the clock chimes wake up 7am all factories fridge kettle hairdryer plates cups eyes shampoo toilet roll towels food easy to get to train station

WE en famille Situation centrale pour visiter. Quartier calme. Appartement spacieux. Linges de bains propres et neufs. Equipement vaisselle cuisine adéquat. Balcon appréciable. Literie à revoir ( matelas trop mous ) et surtout oreillers très aplatis. Joints de douche à mieux nettoyer ( moisissures) et douche coule sur le sol. Machine à café à réparer. manque un balai et 2 tablettes de nettoyant lave-vaisselle à la place d'1 pour 2 nuits sur place.

El alojamiento no tiene disponibilidad para dejar las maletas. No limpian la habitación durante la estancia. La almohada era más pequeña que una feta de jamón.
