Best hotel in Zlatibor. We had a great time and will come back again. Beautifull spa, polite staff, best location, parking... We were so happy, especially our daughter, they have a huge playground with friendly staff. A large selection of food. The rooms are very comfortable and warm. I must also mention the pleasant atmosphere in the entire hotel, which above all makes the vacation perfect.

Hotel have premium location in center of Zlatibor. Rooms are spacious, clean, elegant with mix of modern and mountain house architecture. Cosmetic ion bathrooms are great, Italian brand, with pine smell. Food is prefect with huge variety of choice. SPA center is amazing, many facilities for kids and adults as well. All type of saunas, many pools and jacuzzi will make you feel sooo relaxed. For us children playroom was surprise, big enough with many interesting facilities. You can leave your kids with animation staff, they will take good care of kids and if they need you will call you on cell. During that time we had relaxing time in beautiful lobby bar. This is the best hotel on mountain Zlatibor by far, would highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 days, the hotel and it's staff were very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All of the waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast & inclusive dinner were very nice We opted for the inclusive dinner which was a wide variety of choices from the buffet, all very tasty. We went during off-peak and the area was quieter but there was still a nice atmosphere in the area as a lot of the shops and amenities were open I'd highly recommend the hotel, we used the pool area a few times and inclusive spa facilities were fabulous. Plus the pool area has a bar for drinks and snacks.

+/- location in city centre (shops, market, lake, etc. 5min walk) but no view (one would expect to see hills and greens from room but there are only buildings all around) + great facilities (spacious SPA area, great kids area, good gym, amazing bar) + service personal not professionals but very nice and friendly +/- rooms not small for pair, but if you need a crib, there is no place for a suitcase - food is not local, everything very artifical and from supermarket; breakfast is acceptable but dinner really terrible - too pricey hotel for Zlatibor (mountain and area around are nice but not high-end)

Situated in the center of the Zlatibor, we had some pleasant stay; hotel has its own garage, polite staff will park your car, while you're checking in. The rooms are tidy. Food is tasty, it's self service with a lot of choices. Wellness center is beautiful, very clean, everything from locker rooms to saunas, swimming pools, all that gives good impression and relaxing atmosphere. Bar in the hotel is very cozy. The staff is very polite, eager to assist you with anything you need. I'll be happy to return again.

This was a huge disappointment staying at Zlatibor Mountain Hotel Resort. I had huge expectations of this 5 star hotel as photos looked great. Yes the interior is nicely furbished and rooms nice but the staff and food just ruined the stay. This was my 105th night in a hotel in 2022. One I will not forget. So why just a one star? There is no privacy in your room. Housekeeping/staff enters at random without knocking ALSO when the do not disturb is on. You can NOT lock the door from the inside. They might be looking at you when you sleep! Creepy! First time they enterered (which I know off) was to clean the room which was done just quickly. But do not disturb was on so stay out. Put a note under the door you cannot clean because of do not disturb. Second time i was doing a power nap at 3pm but had put the suitecase in front of the door as i could not lock it. I woke up after a big bag when staff entered smashing the door to my suitecase. WHY? Do not disturb was on. Stay out. Third time, someone just enterered again and was already 2 meters in my room until they noticed me. Why? Do not disturb was one. Stay out of my room. No privacy and staff walking in and out of the room is just creepy. And no lock to prevent it. They only offer rooms booked on half board which includes breakfast but also dinner. Which is allright but I was expecting a top notch dinner for this price in Serbia. It was simply terrible. The buffet was mediocre at best and tasteless. Then, drinks arent included so after dinner the bill was the same as would be a good dinner in a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was just standard and also nothing over the top and the cold items the same as dinner. Then staff. At the lobby bar takes ages to get an order done. After 15-20 minutes I had to ask for a drink. And then when finished again to get one more. No service. So. The overpriced hotel doesnt offer service. Terrible food. And no privacy. I would stay away.
