Прекрасный отель. Очень умно построенный, красивые интересные интерьеры, потрясающий вид. Номер удобный и уютный, все новое. Мы были в главном здании. Два бассейна, спа-зона, у бассейнов можно провести хоть весь день, много тени, лежаков, есть ресторан и бар. Завтраки и ужины вкусные, разнообразные, шеф как в хорошем. конечно, высокая. Но оно того стоит!

Il est rare que je sois si sévère dans mes appréciations,mais cet hôtel dont le site est certes très agréable .n est en rien un hôtel de luxe . Un service d accueil personnalisé avec corbeille de fruits,gâteau d anniversaire et ballons avait été organisé et payé,d avance…… rien à l arrivée !!!! Tout simplement oublié malgré un rappel au moment du Check in. Demande de suites mitoyennes avec lits séparés, toujours rien. Une des terrasses sans le mobilier de jardin à l arrivée, et le coffre de la même suite défectueux. Vous pensez sûrement que c est suffisant?mais non. La piscine n est pas nette, le personnel préfère papoter et laisser tous les verres traîner. Le lendemain à 17h , les suites non nettoyées. Après notre exaspération une femme de ménage vient juste succinctement tirer les lits et changer les serviettes. C est tout !! Le personnel , hormis peut-être certaines personnes à la réception n est pas professionnel et cela se ressent énormément. Room service bar nul, propreté du personnel de petit déjeuner limite Bref je vais cesser de détailler les manques,mais je ne peux passer sous silence les agissements d une directrice inexistante,qui n a jamais osé se présenter,nous faisant attendre plus de deux heures à la réception sans finalement venir s excuser. Il a fallu faire un scandale pour obtenir un remboursement partiel. Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre séjour et avons eu le plaisir de lire par mail des propos injurieux nous concernants. Il serait bon que le personnel soit formé et qu il ait la chance d avoir une vrai directrice et non un fantôme Vous l aurez compris, je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel malgré un lieu superbe, tant que son organisation n est pas améliorée

elma is an amazing experience From the moment we booked we were "adopted" by viki from reception. She found us a room with a view & sorted out parking All the staff were extremely friendly The room was spacious and clean. Food top class.We went to a concert one night in their auditorium. Art is everywhere and there are guided tours of the complex. All was just perfect

My stay at the hotel was the worst stay ever in any hotel - nothing I have asked was respected (for instance not to put any perfume in the room since I am alergic), but this was nithing compared to what I did find: the room was not clean, the bed - horrible, lighthing did not work well or did not work at all (I could continue and give more details including the horrible attitude from a lady called Adi, apparently the vice manager, she strictly yelled at me, she was frightening) I realise from other people who know the place that it is a very neclected place, trying to look beautiful, very deceiving. Horrible.. Don't go there!!

My mother and I went together for a special spa vacation and we had the best time! From the moment Victoria checked us in, I knew it would be great. She was so helpful, attentive and kind!! The hotel was nice, great breakfast and service overall. The views can’t be beat and the location near the midrachov shops was perfect for us!

I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in and was very well received by the Elma Staff. Victoria "Viki" at the front desk exudes professionalism and is an absolute joy. During my stay as a guest at the Elma Hotel Arts Complex, Viki has made (and is currently making) it her mission to accommodate me and take care of all my guest needs. She has offered first class assistance with all my requests; that ranged from arranging for me to receive my favorite brand of sparking water (daily)... to recommending & reserving: - art tours - transport to the surrounding tourist areas - excellent restaurants to dine at & - salons for grooming needs. Thank you to Viki and the Staff of Elma Hotel Arts Complex for helping make my stay a pleasant one!
