策馬特Riffelalp附近住宿

This was our first visit to Zermatt and the Bausite Hotel. We reserved a corner room and received it. The view was spectacular (clear sight to the Matterhorn mountain). The Breakfast buffet was outstanding and plentiful. Freshly squeezed Orange juice daily available. The restaurant is innovative and the food delicious. We used the pool available with 2 jacuzzis. The beds with plenty of pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom is spacious. We certainly can recommend this hotel which has a great location.

一出火車站就坐上了酒店華麗的馬車，穿行在小鎮中接受路邊羣眾的注目禮，有沒有19世紀貴族出行的感覺？？！到了酒店得知有驚喜，進房間才知道給升級了三個露台的套房，露台直麪馬特洪峯，真太感謝美麗的前台工作人員了。房間的實木傢具穩重考究，浴巾全是超厚的，用上很舒服，再大大的贊一個！早餐環境也是讓人陶醉，沐浴在馬特洪峯的晨曦中，胃口大開。三天的時間讓人懷念許久，真心讚歎酒店的魅力並感謝工作人員的親切服務。

酒店位置很棒。裝修後標準真的很高。雖然是工作人員,但令人驚歎。特別是接待處的Zac名紳士。出於某種原因,我們的房間預訂消失了,但他坐下來,給我們煮了咖啡,然後着手解決這個問題。扎克是如此,聰明和機智,對山和採爾馬特的一切知識如此淵博。他告訴我們在惡劣天氣的日子去哪裏,在哪裏吃飯,在哪裏散步,在哪裏滑雪。我們總是喜歡採爾馬特,但這次我們的住宿有新的維度,因爲他的所有建議。Kudos還給珍妮和西班牙早餐女士,她超級甜!

The train ride from Grindelwald to Zermatt was beautiful, there was a seamless bus transfer from Visp to Täsch due to the June floods. Bruno at reception was great and replied emails promptly, arranged a shuttle van / buggy for us at the train station (alight at the designated Hotel Shuttle area). Also a free phone booth to call hotel shuttle too at station. Our duplex room on the 4th floor between 405-408 has a jaw dropping view of the Matterhorn from our twin balconies, which is great when taking sunrise photos of the famous crimson mountaintop view at 5:50am. Room was spotless and nicely furnished, lots of Power plugs, modern bathrooms with large jacuzzi, beds are v comfortable. Spacious cabinets for clothes and gears. Slippers and bath robes. Conveniently located within walking distance to town and local bus stops. Breakfast is included and nice choices (eggs and omelette and pancakes are cooked at request). We didn’t try the pool and sauna. No aircon but ok to sleep with open windows since there are drapes (like fly screens), also cool at night. the Gornergrat train track is located next to the hotel , but not noisy at all. There is a guest toilet at entrance too. The extra bed for my child is v comfortable. Right opposite the Sunegga station for skiing. For day trips to Matterhorn paradise or Gornergrat , just 8-9min walk or use the free bus service under the bridge.

非常滿意的一間酒店，唯獨： 1. 由於係interlaken west同interlaken ost站的中間，所以要行好遠先見到酒店 2. 隔離係教堂，夜晚同早上都會響，都幾認聲🥺 3. 房間冇空調，因此有點焗，好彩有得開窗 早餐有挺多選擇，服務員個個會講英文，感覺上親切好多

物超所值！非常驚喜。 地理位置很方便，一出火車站就是了。 不確定是被默默升級了房型還是這個房型就是很大，雙人間有種小套房的感覺。 外面的陽台可以看到馬特洪的一角，房間裏有一個Marshall音響，看着對面的馬特洪山景聽音樂真的太有氛圍感了！ 唯一讓人猶豫的就是這個酒店在山下。如果想要看星空，或許住在馬特洪對面的山上會更方便。（這個酒店步行到view point大概20-30分鐘）

我和丈夫於2024年7月24日至7月26日從德克薩斯州達拉斯前往採爾馬特。我們從聖莫里茨乘坐冰川快車抵達採爾馬特。酒店團隊早些時候給我們發了電子郵件,說當我們的火車到達車站時,他們會接我們。酒店麪包車的標誌由熱情友好的工作人員駕駛,在那裏及時帶我們到酒店,只用了5-6分鐘。抵達後,我們的行李直接帶到我們的房間,當經理給我們升級到馬特洪景觀房時,我們感到驚喜!我們在三樓的房間佈置得很好,設施齊全 - 小冰箱,電熱水壺,大牀,長袍,拖鞋,鬱鬱蔥蔥的毛巾,以及著名的馬特洪峯山的無與倫比的景色!早餐是豪華的冷熱,你可以要求的一切!酒店步行距離幾乎所有的餐館,纜車,平底船餐廳和商店,包括雜貨店。海灣窗戶打開,可以進入一個有座位的露台,我們在日落時享受雞尾酒!總而言之 - 很棒的體驗!謝謝Le Mirabeau團隊!

房間基本設施很滿意 就是淋浴間有點小 房間可以看到峯 但是當天有霧 我們沒看到 酒店雖然不大，但是酒店給我的感覺很時髦 裝修很有品位 特別是接待區 晚餐區 還有泳池和室外部分都很不錯 另外酒店的晚餐廳蠻好的 口味很好 服務很棒 我們由於點完餐有人出去拍小鎮夜景了，等回來時餐已經冷了 但是服務員非常好 主動幫我們把餐復熱 。還有早餐品種很全 關鍵是每個種類的品質都不錯 很滿意呢！

我們在這裡住了 3 個晚上來慶祝我的六十歲生日，度過了一段愉快的時光。這家飯店位於山頂，海拔剛超過 10,000 英尺，預訂時需要注意這一點。你可能和我們一樣患有高山症，而且花了整整24小時才適應。幸運的是我們在那裡住了 3 個晚上，所以我們能夠享受它。房間設備齊全、現代且非常乾淨，但相當小，當然風景也很棒。你來這裡不是為了食物，正如其他人所說，這裡很一般，早餐很美味，自助餐很好，雞蛋是現點現做的。然而晚餐有點令人失望，主要是因為廚師總是把肉煮過頭，以至於最後一晚牛肉無法食用。看起來（在我們看來）部分餐點是提前煮熟並重新加熱的，導致食物乾燥，有時甚至煮得太過頭。然而，在我生日那天，這頓飯很美味，工作人員真的為我做了很多努力，一張可愛的私人餐桌，可以看到馬特宏峰的景色，我們的服務員彼得的服務無可挑剔，還有廚師特製的甜點。這家旅館非常昂貴，考慮到位置，這並不奇怪，但對於這個價格，我希望廚師能更加註重細節。然而，當火車停下來，只有你和其他幾位客人到達山頂時，這絕對是令人驚嘆的，有一天早上我什至早起去看日出，和其他幾位客人一起，欣賞了壯觀的景色。

I stayed there three times over the last several years and will come back again. The hotel is clean, very comfortable, provides excellent half-board (upscale-level dining). The ambiance of high mountains in incredible. There are numerous hiking and climbing options around. For those in excellent shape, it is an alternative to Hornlihutte for climbing Matterhorn: the lower altitude (2600m vs 3250m) assures a better sleep quality and it's only about 1.5h extra time in the morning. A word of caution: the altitude (2600m) might become a problem for sensitive people.
