Das Hotel Eden Wellness (mit Blick auf das Matterhorn) ist perfekt in Zermatt gelegen. Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und das Zentrum sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit dem selbstgebackenen Brot lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein grosser Pool und ein gepflegter Wellnessbereich laden um entspannen ein. Die Atmosphäre habe ich als sehr herzlich wahrgenommen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

We had an incredible ski vacation at Eden Wellness, a boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque collage of Zermatt. Tamara and her mother Karin made our stay truly exceptional with their personal care and attention to detail. From the spacious junior suite to the delicious breakfast and luxurious spa, every aspect of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return for another memorable experience.

Super hotel, family run, very warm welcome and looked after brilliantly for the whole holiday. very clean and tidy, up to date rooms, well designed, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, huge swimming pool, rest and sauna area. there is also a Gym. Quiet part of Zermatt within short walk of all shops and restaurants and the bus connections to the cable cars and Piste, there are no cars clogging up the town, only quiet electric vehicles. Wonderful views of the Matterhorn and old charm architecture. The skiing is of course magnificent!

Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Upgrade pour la chambre, équipements nickel. Spa très agréable et belle piscine. La directrice et patronne Tamara est très accueillante et prend soin de ses hôtes. Transfert gratuit de la gare! Skiroom impeccable et à deux min de l'arrêt de l'e-bus. A recommander les yeux fermés

Wonderful week's stay in Zermatt! The location was perfect, walking distance to ski lifts (~10 mins) and to the middle of Town (~3 mins). Rooms were lovely, clean, and we had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. Their breakfast was plentiful and the staff could not have been more friendly. Hotel shuttle to and from train station and super proactive communication made arriving and departing a breeze. Would recommend 100%!

There are a lot of good things about the hotel, central location to town; close to bus station for skiing. Renovated rooms with Matterhorn view are spacious 35sqm, beautiful views of the mountains, breakfast is sufficient. Facilities are simple , no finesse or sophisticated lobby, poor amenities, no coffee in the room ; mediocre SPA- go and get a 5 CHF token for the jakuzzi sums the feel . Location 4, service 4.5, facilities 3 ; hotel setting 3.5-4

We have stayed at the Eden for several years, and after one year at another place last year, we were very happy to be back at Eden this winter. The service is personal and extremely pleasant, cleaning staff do an excellent job and the location is good. The rooms and lobby area have been renovated over the past years with a great result. Spa area has some more years of use, but is kept 100%, so no problem. Breakfast; not too big, but everything you need and more - and top notch products. I highly recommend Eden for your next stay in Zermatt!

Hôtel familial avec un emplacement idéal. Tout le personnel est très serviable, sympathique et souriant.. Excellent buffet du petit-déjeuner, avec en particulier le birchermüsli maison ! Une tuerie ... Chambre avec tout le confort et large terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur le Cervin. Piscine et spa de qualité. Un bel hôtel ou il fait bon passer ses vacances !

Alles was das Herz begehrt. Zentrale Lage zu den beiden Auffahrten der Schipisten. Liebevolles und professionnelles Personal, auch in der Vorbereitungszeit (Reservierung Schiausrüstung, Schischule usw.) Sehr umfangreiches Wellnessangebot. Ausreichend Auswahl umliegender Restaurants lässt schnell vergessen, dass es « nur » ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet gibt. Die Restaurants sollten jedoch im Voraus reserviert werden. Blick aufs Matterhorn bereits ab dem ersten Stockwerk.
