Good location, 3 minutes walk to Train station. There is McDonald’s next block, ease to finding food, otherwise it located in Main Street so plenty of choices. Suitable for those who value convenience over peacefulness. Room was spacious with separate living room and bedroom, there were all your need kitchen with utensils. Water pressure and heating was good, it is important. Room were clean. It can be a bit noisy in peak hour, but overall acceptable. What to note? The dining table actually can see Matterhorn in good weather! Even is partial Matterhorn, but the tip! I got the room at 3rd floor, so there are some lifting to move my luggage up, otherwise it is perfect. (If you get room of 2nd floor or first, it might be better as less heavy lifting). Overall, it is good.

Don’t stay ere. Not a lodge/hotel but a 2 room apartment. 3rd floor walk up using narrow stairs; no elevator. Great location. Small but adequate balcony overlooking main street of Zermatt. Noisy bedroom until 10:00 PM. With occasional noisy groups passing below until 2:00. Internet connection terrible, very intermittent. Living room tiny. Extra charge for cleaning. Would not recommend

Magnifique appartement située au plein centre de Zermatt. C'est EXTRÊMEMENT PROPRE et la propriétaire est venue changer les serviettes au millieux de la semaine. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Vraiment typique et tres abordable. Merci Beaucoup pour le merveilleux sejour de ski chez vous.

Very conveniently situated, only 100 metres from the railway station. Two nearly supermarkets. The Appartement is very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. There is everything a couple could need. The owners are friendly and attentive and immediately sort out any issues. This was our second visit and we would definitely use it again.

I wish they had communicated about the heat and air conditioning. They also made us take out the trash and take off the sheets.
