Ich durfte bereits zum Zweiten Mal dort als DJ spielen. Selten bis nie zuvor habe ich so schöne Erlebnisse gehabt wie dort, ob Essen, Trinken, Party oder auch das gesamte Team, einfach perfekt. Man kann es eigendlich nicht mit Sternen bewerten, weil es zu wenige gibt… Bis sehr bald im Vernissage Zermatt Guschtavo

Super fraai centraal gelegen met uitzicht (vanuit onze kamer) op tennisbanen en andere sport gelegenheden in het dorp. 300 meter van het station. Erg attent personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en van het design moet je houden maar wij vonden het super. De wellness is erg leuk komt op de foto’s wel wat groter over. Helaas, maar dat was bekend, waren restaurants en bar alsmede cinema ivm de vakantie tussen winter en zomer seizoen gesloten.

I have been in Zermatt many times and stayd different hotels. This time I decided to stay at this hotel. And it was fantastic. The hotel is very stylish, the rooms are tastefully furnished and room service is provided twice a day. The staff I met was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The SPA area is amazing - jacuzzi, different saunas, etc. Price and quality are in good balance. I was very positively suprised with this hotel and wish the whole Backstage Hotel family all the best. We will definitely go back again next year. Respect !

O hotel é perfeito! Um super spa, suítes aconchegantes, vista maravilhosa, funcionários extremamente gentis, educados e profissionais. Gostaria de dar destaque para uma funcionária Maria em específico que nos tratou praticamente como alguém de sua família.

I stayed at the BackStage Hotel with my family last month and I was very impressed by the hotel’s modern and chic design, the excellent spa experience, and the convenient location near the Zermatt Station. The hotel has a unique concept of combining art and hospitality, and each spa room has a different theme inspired by the seven days of creation. The spa area is also amazing, with a heated outdoor whirlpool, a sauna, and a steam bath. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the ski lifts and the train station. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She was very polite and attentive, and she helped us with everything we needed. When my 5-year-old daughter accidentally hurt her finger by the door while closing, Victoria immediately put some medical cream on her finger with a bandage, and gave her a strawberry to stop her crying. Her finger healed the next day, thanks to Victoria’s care. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a stylish and cozy place to stay in Zermatt. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I would definitely come back again.

Ho soggiornato al Backstage Boutique Hotel a luglio. Struttura di design con arredamento molto particolare, soprattutto il Cube loft, ampio e ben organizzato, e con un comodo balcone. Apprezzata la macchina della Nespresso in camera. Qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare, come la colazione in cui manca una parte dedicata a dolci, brioches, ecc…, la scelta dei cuscini (entrambi piumosi e troppo molli) e il letto, a mio parere con un materasso eccessivamente rigido. Molto carina la zona Spa, prettamente estiva in quanto tutta esterna alla struttura. Ma la forza della struttura è assolutamente nel personale, gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e pronto ad accogliere le richieste della clientela. Nel mio caso è stato organizzato il giro su Cervino e Monte Rosa in elicottero e prenotato i ristoranti richiesti. Tutto con grande professionalità e puntualità. Un plauso va soprattutto alla gentilissima Laura, alla reception, e Lisa, bartender al bar della Spa, che ha illustrato tutte le peculiarità dell’hotel, in parte chiuse d’estate, come la discoteca, il cinema, la galleria d’arte. Sicuramente d’inverno il divertimento è garantito. Da ritornarci.

Very cool and unique bar decor. The bartender, Eros, made us fantastic drinks. Each one was a hit, but the Zermatt zombie drink is dangerous - apparently it’s made from 3 types of liquor but tasted like tropical fruit juice. One of our favorite bars in Zermatt!

Hôtel au design assez spécial mais malheureusement mal conçu, surtout la salle de bain. On entend tout ce qui se passe. Aucune intimité! Nous avions une chambre « cube » qui s’est révélée très dangereuse au cours de la nuit lorsque l’on descend du lit et que la lumière est éteinte. J’ai failli tomber et je me suis fait très mal en n’accrochent.

What can I say about this hotel? First the goods. Every hotel employee was kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming from reception to housekeeping. The breakfast was very good. Location is perfect. Now the bads. The place is designed, I believe, to look like backstage of a traveling show. Musical instruments adorn chandeliers, purple velvet couch in our room, feather boas, etc. Additionally the room was an exercise in frustration between the electrical switches being a guessing game, to the lack of any privacy for the bathroom. The aesthetic clearly was more important than the utilitarian functionality of this place. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you like to unwind and not have to be bombarded with stimuli on vacation. Go here if you enjoy the avant garde.
