"The accommodation is old, not well kept, and very dirty. In the VIP cottage they promised free bed linen and towels for all guests but our baby received none; we reached the reception and they wanted to charge us for it, finally after some long explanation they desisted. Also the baby bed was not made as it should have been. In the room description a barbecue was promised but “because the cottage is without a garden but with a balcony on the water”, it is not provided for safety reasons. Therefore we made a complaint at the reception, asking for a different cottage, only to be told that there is no alternative. They even suggested that we buy our own barbecue and use it on the balcony. I wonder, is it not a safety concern then? And why should I spend money and burden myself with an object I don’t need when this was included in what I paid for? I made the same complaint online only to receive a stupid email where they say sorry - by the way while writing this review we are still here. No solution whatsoever offered by the parc. Avoid."
