Gebucht und bestätigt war eine Wohnung mit Terrasse und eine Wohnung mit Balkon und entsprechender Möblierung. Bekommen haben wir eine Wohnung mit franz. Balkon (nur Fenster bis zum Boden) und eine Wohnung mit einer Holzbank vor der Haustür. Kein Zugang von der Wohnung. Kommentar des Vermieters: Sie haben alles bekommen, was sie gebucht haben. Positiv: super zentrale Lage Negativ: Mini-Badezimmer. Keine Möglichkeit Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Keine Belüftung im Bad. Muffiger Geruch. Wenig Schrankfläche. Kein Besen vor

Was hier geboten wird ist eine absolute Frechheit. Schmutzige Flure, ausgetretene Teppiche, lieblose Deko und die Dachkammer ist absolut eine bessere Abstellkammer. Das Bad ist so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen kann, ohne irgendwo anzustoßen, die Dusche ist gerade so groß, dass man sich umdrehen kann. Das Bett war das schlimmste an allem. Durchgelegen bis zum dorthinaus, dazu ein klaperiges Untergestell. Die Matratze gehört in dem Zustand auf den Sperrmüll. Der Vergleich mit einer halb aufgeblasen luftmatratze schmeichelt noch. Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen, Gardine hat Löcher... Zum Frühstück gibt es ein Lunchpaket für absolut unverschämte 12,50. Zum Glück ist ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Einzig die zentrale Lage und die relativ frisch renovierten Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine (Zimmer 22) lassen noch etwas positive Punkte springen. Für mich nicht nochmal...

Ik had een familiefeest, dus een eenvoudig hotel voor de nacht was voor mij voldoende. Mijn kamer was klein en heel simpel. Maar wel een prima bed, kamer was lekker warm en een prima douche. Voor mij was dit goed genoeg. Ik was de volgende ochtend weer fris wakker.

Room was larger than normal with a big enough balcony. Well located, close to the beach and shops. The shower worked well with good water pressure and temperature but the semi-circle cubicle felt a bit small. Bed was comfortable with a spare cushion and duvet. Heating and TV were good too. The kitchen area was good enough for our short stay but we would have liked a toaster and we didn't use the "old fashioned" filter coffee percolator. Check-in was a bit chaotic - you must phone in advance and the "key lady" will arrive to deal with you. Don't rely on the booking dot com message system as she does not access them - you must phone. Also check the overload of messages for the final address you've been allocated as while we waited outside 2 couples arrived at the wrong one. I was a bit disturbed by all the messages received from the apartment owner. They are overwhelmingly clear about damage and the financial consequences - more so than most other places we've stayed in. But they aren't very upfront about known damage on arrival. We weren't told that the TV remote battery cover was held in by just air, or that the shower head was loose. Damage control needs to work both ways, and I'd certainly check the apartment thoroughly before handing over my deposit. Make no mistake - staying here is a business transaction, they aren't good at a welcome, they won't give you a fireside chat about the history of Zandvoort and once checked in you'll not see any staff. They also tell you you'd get a discount if you book directly through their website but that wasn't the case when we checked future dates. So I'd stick with the extra protection offered by booking dot com in case of any disputes. We will stay again though as the benefits of the property outweighed the minor irritations.

Unfortunately this family hotel has rooms that are under standard level. Our double room was very small, if you open a travel suitcase it is not possible to walk around anymore. Rooms are bad isolated, very noisy. Caughing people two rooms next door, where loud. The Bathroom was smelling badly after they fixed the water drain of the shower. The washstand was the smalles I ever saw. Breakfast was ok but it was in a cardboard-box. We had to pick it up at the lobby. The hotel rubbish container was parked a few meters from our room. The staff rolled it out of sight after complaining. Most people visit Zandfoort in Summertime. There was no canvas blind outside. A dark curtain in the room made the sunside room very hot. It was clear that this hotel was not lovely run, focused on making high profit. The price was much too high compared to the service and quality we got. Unfortunately!

Das Zimmer sah auf der Webseite sehr gut aus, in der Realität war es sehr klein heiß und stickig. Das Bett sollte hatte leider eine sehr alte Matze und war für ein Doppelzimmer sehr schmal. Im Zimmer kann man sich außer auf dem Bett kaum bewegen. Das Bad ist leider noch kleiner, ca. m2. Eine richtige Duschtür gibt es nicht So das nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht. DasZimmer war fast sauber als wir ankamen. Leider putzt das Personal mit so Schafen Mitteln das wir nach einer Reinigung auf weitere verzichtet haben. Meine Frau bekam wahrscheinlich hiervon einen ganz bösen Ausschlag. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Lage zu Stadt und zum Strand gut. Leider lässt sich das Zimmer nur über die Tür lüften. Terrassenmöbel gibt es leider Zuwenig für alle Zimmer.
