This hotel is not 4*. It’s a nice location but I wish I would have known a few things beforehand and I would NOT have chosen here. 1. Not all rooms have balconies, I didn’t realise this and accidentally booked one without. It is like a cell! I assumed for price a balcony would be included but that was my mistake. 2. When I called reception to ask if I could move rooms or pay to upgrade the man was rude and actually hung up the phone on me. I have a disability so this was very stressful and I had to call back. 3. The pool only opens at 11am- I’ve never heard such a ridiculous time when it’s so hot for a pool to open. I only arrived today but so far I’m very very disappointed. Previous to this hotel we were staying 15 mins away at a 2* hotel and it was so much better and 1/3 of the cost.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης, δίπλα στην αγορά, σε καφετέριες και εστιατόρια. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και ανακαινισμένα. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά πλούσιο και καλής ποιότητας. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Το προτείνουμε!

位置非常好,離聖馬克斯廣場只有幾碼遠,可以到達許多餐館和酒吧。所有的工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人,但特別是索菲亞,我們設法爲我們安排了房間的更衣室。早餐有各種各樣的東西吃喝,每天有小變化。我們的房間每天都整理,酒店總的來說很乾淨整潔,會推薦住在這裏。

Stayed for 11 nights in one of the junior suites. Suites are lovely and great shower. Short walk to bars/restaurants. The bar is open in the evenings this year, which is nice as you can have a drink/cocktail after you have returned from having a meal out. All the staff are lovely and friendly too. We keep returning to this hotel as it is so quiet and clean. Also food is amazing. Arrived home yesterday and looking to book again.

訪訪客The best place to be in Zakynthos and in Greece. We have now been for the 8th year in a row at Nicos and Mary Louise place @ Kymothoe. An amazing experience - we fell at home and is why we come back every year. Their attention to the details - beach towels, recommendations where to go, which restaurants to try, smiling all time etc. As of this year the wifi has significantly improved - in the living room and around the pool ! Though this year we decide to have a full break from work and emails :) The apartments are super equipped with laundry machine, full kitchen including dish washer and fridge. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean. The access to the private small beach has been renovated and together with the infinity pool and the service is inviting to stay around all day rather hitting any beach of the island.

訪訪客用戶We received a warm welcome from the owner, Athina, who gave us really useful information about the island and local amenities. The room itself was perfect for us. 1 large bedroom with twin beds, plus 2 more single beds (Real beds, NOT camp/sofa beds) in the main living space. There was a small kitchenette but we only used the fridge/freezer and kettle which were in good working order. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was typically simple and basic but we had good quality bed sheets that were fresh. Towels were thick, clean and changed frequently. The room had a safe and there was no extra charge for this which is rare but a welcomed extra. The air conditioning was charged daily, however it was very effective and necessary given the temperatures were around 40 degrees each day! Athina and Ellie were the most helpful, friendly people you could hope to have as hosts and they always made time to help you even though they were very busy. The location of the apartments was excellent. Right in the middle of the shops, bars and restaurants but surprisingly quiet. We were never disturbed at night or early in the morning. Dennis and George work really hard in the pool snack bar, and again, make you feel like you are genuinely welcome. There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was well maintained and clean. We have already booked to back next year which is something we never do and this shows how happy we were here. Thankyou for a great holiday and see you again soon The Atkinsons

IINGRIDE DBeautiful gardens surrounded by lush flowers and plenty of shading for seats / sunbeds etc. We were staying elsewhere but used this hotel after speaking to the lovely receptionist who was so welcoming. Our accommodation was check out at 10 with NO changing facilities at all - shower room etc which I will highlight on another post so when you have a 7pm pick up that night, it’s far too long to go without the use of facilities. We spoke to the lovely receptionist who let us use the facilities for swimming eating drinking and they have a spotless clean shower room / toilets which we were delighted with. Lovely chill atmosphere around the pool area and would definitely recommend for the friendliness, hospitality and facilities they have

We loved this hotel from arriving, personal check in and walked to room, friendly smiley face always from breakfast u til late at night, nothing is too much for this family ran hotel ❤️ Staff acknowledge you, your not just another guest Breakfasts were plentiful with plenty of options to choose from, always fresh and topped up. Pool area is fab and chilled, plenty of beds available all day, have chill out chairs too, inflatable are near pool to help yourself too: towels for pool are given and they are super large perfect 😍 We stayed in family suite room 212 and the balcony was huge overlooking the pool and bar area, gorgeous double balcony doors with air con, great kitchen area with plenty of storage for clothes and bit and bobs Lunch menu… lots of options all cooked fresh and decent size portions Rooms offer extras like shaving kits, toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo which smell beautiful. 😍 Perfect location for venturing but away from hussle and bussle of main *****. Honestly cannot fault this hotel, see you next year Aeolos when we return in May

Ηταν μια μοναδική εμπειρία η διαμονή μας σε αυτό το κατάλυμα.. Ενας πανεμορφος χώρος μεσα στο πρασινο! Με μεγάλο χώρο στάθμευσης.. Ήσυχο μέρος!! Το δωμάτιο που περάσαμε 4 βράδια εγώ καί η κοπέλα μου ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό. Πεντακάθαρο!! Με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και θέα που σου έκοβε τήν ανάσα!!Οσον αφορά το προσωπικό δέν έχω λόγια.. Μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που με ολη τους τήν καλή διάθεση και ευγένεια μεταδίδει απειρο σεβασμό προς το πελατη και αυτό είναι το πιο σημαντικό!! Ο πρωινός μπουφες ήταν παρα πολυ προσεγμενος και καθαρός.. Τα φαγητά ήταν ολα χειροποίητα και πεντανόστιμα! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα και φυσικά θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανα!!

ZZHAOHUI酒店在山頂上，離海直線距離有七百多米，走起路來彎彎曲曲要走一個多公裏才到。另外一個方向的海邊是個鎮子，要走兩公裏。去扎金索斯鎮要打出租車，十五歐元一次，總之去哪兒都要打車。這是我們事先沒有想到的。
酒店沒有交給連鎖經營團隊，前台衹有一個人，滿眼就看着一個意大利半老男人在奔波，一會兒見到他研磨咖啡，配製飲品，一會兒到餐廳端盤子，一會兒來開單點餐，一會兒幫你拉行李到房間。。。其他人懶懶的，叫做啥就幹啥，不主動。
感覺像家族企業。大堂蠻大的，空蕩蕩的零星桌椅，沙發。
客房不多，不成規模，估計這是專業經營團隊不來經營的主要原因。0層幾個房間帶私家泳池，我們住在樓上，陽台看人游泳曬太陽一清二楚，沒隱私。在樓上遠眺樹林，大海，景觀不錯。
房間很大。。。用不上那麼大。
屋裡的設施條件不好，盒裝抽紙和燒水壺是我們去前台要，才給，。配不上五星級稱號。
跟當地團出行沒準備，人家都下水游泳，我們傻傻的待在船上，第二天乾脆取消了去藍洞。自己去海邊游泳去了。這酒店性價比不好！！！
建議還是選擇扎金索斯鎮住比較好。
這家酒店甜點做的很好，早餐很好。

訪訪客用戶位置位於市區內，靠近港口。公寓是新的，我們很幸運，房間安排在一樓。不然我們就得拎著沉重的行李上樓。基本上沒有接待服務，他們只把電話號碼留在接待處外面，對於沒有漫遊的旅客來說非常不方便。

The hotel is located on the main road and some of the rooms are on a slope ,but the hotel owner makes up for all of this Simon was great ,picked us up from the airport and dropped us back , we had the pool area to our self's 7 out of 10 days . And all the local restaurants and bars were just a 5 min walk on flat ground. We loved every min that we stayed . Rooms cleaned daily towels changed . Bins emptied. Room was modern with all the essentials. Nice comfy bed . Even drinks at the hotel were cheaper than the bars , Simon went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. This why we have booked again for next year. And this something we never do . Like to move around .

Stayed here in the first week of August with my family and have very little positives about the hotel. Stelios the owner was lovely, very friendly and very helpful. The pool was great and clean, you could always get a space. Coco the parrot was also good entertainment. The beds were also comfy and we had a good nights sleep. However, this was spoiled by the rest of our experience with the hotel. 1. The rooms were not clean, the floor was disgustingly dirty the entire week, even after the cleaners had been in. It was only obvious they came in twice to just change the towels. 2. The bathroom smelt like sewerage the entire week. 3. The rest of the hotel staff were rude and not friendly at all, it was hard to get a smile out of them and they weren’t very accommodating. 4. The snack bar food was nice, however whenever you wanted a drink or food, you had to ring a bell and hope someone would come to serve you. It states there is a bar but it’s definitely not ran like one at all. 5. Cleaners were loud and woke us up several mornings shouting at each other and banging outside of the room. 6. Breakfast was extremely basic, just bread, cheese and ham. Some days there were cooked eggs but definitely not worth paying the extra for breakfast and it was not replenished regularly. You had to keep asking for top ups of things which the breakfast staff were not very friendly about. Would not stay here again!
