Zajechaliśmy z mężem na plażę Zorro zwana również Azurro , ponieważ jużtu kiedyś byliśmy i mieliśmy miłe wspomnienia! Niestety w tym roku czuję się bardzo rozczarowana, ponieważ ceny tzw serwisu plażowego podskoczyły do 20 euro za dwa leżaki i parasol ! Rozumiem , że trzeba zarobić, a ponieważ miejsce jest urokliwe i odwiedzane to tym łatwiej żądać wygórowanych cen! Oczywiście w pobliżu plaży jest bar, ale my mieliśmy swoje picie i tym razem nie zamówiliśmy nic! Mąż przyniósł nam z pobliskiego miasteczka po kebabie i tu zaczęło być nie miło! Pan z obsługi krzyczał , że nie wolno nam jeść swojego jedzenia bo oni mają bar!!! Nie przypominam sobie żeby gdziekolwiek na świecie ktoś zarobił mi uwagę na plaży że nie zamawiam w danym barze a jem jedzenie , które sobie przyniosłam ! Poza ty ,że rodziny z dziećmi poprzymosily swoje torby i lodówki z jedzeniem i picie i im nie zwrócono uwagi! Jestem zaskoczona i zdruzgotana agresją i chamstwem z jakim się tu spotkałam , więc nie polecam i już tu nie wrócę! .

I'm at the hotel now. Calculation on August 13, 2024 My two children and I settled in a room in the attic at the end of the corridor: * no normal lighting * broken hairdryer *dirty paper on the ceiling * the bathroom is in terrible condition *the door to the bathroom does not close *low ceilings and impossible to walk normally. Contacted the reception and guide ITAKA PL. There is only one answer - all rooms in the hotel are like this! But that's not the case because we've seen other numbers. And a room like ours is one for the entire hotel. The staff behaves funny. The room is not suitable for normal rest. Looks like a staff room or pantry. All requests for relocation are ignored! Although people leave and there is such an opportunity.

Good points:- friendly and helpful staff, fantastic beach, lovely views, relatively clean hotel, warm sea, clean beach, discounted beach chairs for hotel guests, plenty of parking for hire cars etc, nice beach bar, nice hotel balcony with sea view, good beds. Bad points:- 40c++ July holiday - room air conditioning faulty and was never sorted out which made the stay unbearable - told staff 4 times and they did nothing! Water supply to rooms for shower, toilet and sinks stops working all the time, very little hot water, toilet in our room had skid marks on it, filthy toilet, no swimming pool as per photos, smell of cigarette smoke a lot in the room even when doors and windows were shut, toilet backed up, car park very dusty and dirty with rubbish piled up like a corporation tip at one side, all inclusive food was bad, bad quality food, terrible choice and variety, limited choice of drinks at the free bar.
