威斯歷考斯海灘飯店(Hotel Vasilikos Beach)

Very nice and friendly hotel. I liked the area a lot, it is closed to many nice beaches, where you can reach by foot. Staffs are friendly and pool area is lovely and well maintained. Free use of sunbed/parasol at the nearby beach is a huge plus. Really lovely beach! Drink/food from the hotel is very good and reasonable price, wish they offer more choices though. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in the island, not need much of night life, this is the place

Het hotel is niet groot en heeft een hele relaxte sfeer. Je komt er heerlijk tot rust. Liggen is ideaal ten opzichte van het strand, ongeveer 2 minuten lopen. Gelijk bij de uitgang van het hotel zitten een paar leuke eetgelegenheden. Op zo’n 800 m afstand vind je nog verschillende goede restaurants. Aan het strand kun je ook heerlijk eten. Mooi zwembad en tuin met gezellige zitjes. Om het eiland te ontdekken heb je echt zelf vervoer nodig. Wegen met heel veel bochten en niet overal even goed verlicht. Het ontbijt in het hotel was heerlijk en ruim voldoende keuze uit lekkere gebakken eitjes, bacon, soms pannenkoekjes, fruit, brood, cake en koek en nog veel meer, alles heerlijk vers. Goede koffie ook. We kwamen er te laat achter dat je prima kunt lunchen in het hotel voor hele schappelijke prijzen. Slechts 1 keer gedaan. De standaard kamers zijn echt eenvoudig en vrij oud. Wel keurig schoon en goed matras. Ivm lekkage kregen wij een upgrade naar een standaard plus kamer. Hele mooie kamer. Mochten we weer gaan, dan zou ik deze zeker boeken. Het is het extra geld waard. Personeel was ook heel aardig en behulpzaam. Wij gaan hier zeker weer naar toe!

I don’t understand how this was the the Nr 1 hotel in Vasilikos when I booked. Rooms look like I just went back in time to the Romanian seaside in the 90s. Also, they charge 10 euro/day for AC with temperatures over 33 degrees which is just theft.

Wow, what can we say, this hotel is a beautiful haven hotel. All the staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast and food lovely. 1 min walk to an outstanding beach where when you show your hotel card you get sunbeds free. Stunning. The dogs are also a fabulous sight to see, love a lab. If you want a lively hotel/village this isn't for you, but of you want lovely food, atmosphere and woth great staff and to relax, this is the place for you. Thanks for an amazing stay

This is a beautiful hotel set in peaceful surroundings. Sami and Gwendoline run the bar and food during the day and are so helpful and friendly. They are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble! The food is amazing. The pool area is clean and tidy and offers shade and full sun. There are lots of games, books and lots of little areas you can sit and relax in. I would thoroughly recommend.

Just back from our 6th. visit to the VBH and everything about the hotel and the staff was wonderful (even through the pandemic!) We are retired so are able to visit out of the school holidays. Hilary runs a very happy, relaxed ship and is always ready to help e.g. contact doctor if necessary. The little bar under the trees is open again in the evenings making an after-dinner drink a must! The pool area is beautiful and well-served by the bar-staff, the pool-side toilets are particularly well-appointed with showers, baby-changing facilities and automatic lighting. Although the hotel is B&B, lovely food is always available on request from the bar and the breakfast is excellent! There are several restaurants and a couple of bars within strolling distance, as well as car-hire and bus stops into Zakynthos town. St.Nicholas's beach and water sports are just around the corner, as are Vrahos and Plaka beaches. The standard bedrooms could use a bit of updating but the views over the pine trees and the gardens make up for it. We have already booked for 2024.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago and had a lovely time. Hotel nice close to the St Nicholas beach, free sun beds for hotel guests A couple of restaurants across the road, but apart from that it’s very quiet. Lovely comfortable bed. I asked for a low floor room and was given 120 which was perfect for me Good bar in the evening, nice friendly bartender Nice and relaxing enjoyed myself

Just home from our second visit this year to this amazing hotel. We have been staying here for many years and the friendly welcome and first class service is unbeatable ! Stunning location between two beautiful beaches, comfortable and clean rooms, plentiful breakfast, spotlessly clean pool and pretty gardens. Thank you so much to Hilary, Ria and all the team who work so hard.

Excellent hotel, staff go out of their way to give you the best experience, breakfast has everything that you could want with hot and cold available, all delicious. Great service at the bar from yianni, will return in a heart beat, a real family hotel, close to beach with plenty of tavernas within walking distance, book you won’t be disappointed
