埃斯佩里亞飯店

在閱讀了一些評論後，我們有點擔心我們的住宿，但我們思想開放，並沒有期望太多，對於我們支付的費用，晚上 20:00 左右到達，Yanis 在接待處，非常友好，他幫助我們安排住宿，房間真的很乾淨，每天都會打掃，床上用品和毛巾都很乾淨，早餐很可愛，把我們照顧得很好，位置是 10/10，步行 3 分鐘即可到達海灘，不要被不好的評論嚇倒，我們一定會回到這家可愛的酒店

飯店超贊，員工優秀，安排各種活動，照顧周到，他們記得每個人，還會和頂級調酒師一起努力了解他們！飯店靠近海灘和各種戶外活動（酒吧、夜總會、汽車、船隻、四輪摩托車租賃）。謝謝 GAB！謝謝 John！ 8 位法國人。

在我們於2024年9月19日飛往拉加納斯之前，讀了一些關於埃斯佩里亞酒店的負評。我和我的朋友對預訂的這週假期並不期待。我們很晚才辦理入住，接待處的約翰熱情地迎接了我們。他給了我們非常熱情的歡迎，並告訴我們如果在酒店期間還有什麼需要隨時告訴他。然後他讓我們去酒吧喝免費的迎賓飲料。我們去把行李箱拿到房間。房間很簡單，但很乾淨整潔。我們去喝了一杯後就睡了。就在那時，我們去了酒店的酒吧，在酒吧後面遇到了克里斯蒂娜。從我們第一次走到酒吧開始，克里斯蒂娜就逗我們笑……從那天晚上開始，直到我們離開家。她非常有趣，是她每天12小時輪班中最棒的娛樂節目。第一天早上，我們似乎就開始和住在飯店的其他人聊天了。我們在泳池邊和早餐時結識了很多朋友，我從來沒有在度假時和這麼多人交談過。這家旅館似乎處處都洋溢著友善。我的朋友甚至還向她一天早上遇到的清潔工揮手致意……泳池和酒吧區都很棒，相對於酒店的規模來說，泳池也很大。從第一天起，我們的房間每天都被打掃得很乾淨，我們把毛巾放在地板上，他們也會更換。早餐安排得非常周到，在一個可愛的小餐廳裡供應，還有一個戶外用餐區。看過飯店評論後，這家飯店讓我們大吃一驚。飯店位於通往海灘的主拉納加路上，實際上飯店距離海灘只有 3 分鐘步行路程，就是這麼近。我猜在旺季這裡會很吵鬧，這就是他們收取房間現金押金的原因。我們要嘛看起來太老了（我們50多歲了），要嘛就是像天使一樣，因為既沒收押金也沒付錢，哈哈。如果你想找個溫馨的住處，享受友善的服務和很棒的建議。一切近在咫尺。這就是你想要的酒店。我們是透過Jet2預訂的，它被評為三星級。我強烈推薦你在五月/六月和九月去。

Where do I start but please do not go to this hotel I don't really read or put reviews has sometimes can be miss leading but everything they say about this hotel is true.Me and my husband booked for 9 nights only stopped 2 got a flight home pictures on jet2 website nothing like hotel looked a completely different place the only picture that was romotly like picture was the pool .The room was terrible patio door didn't lock balcony unusable dirty and patio furniture was dirty bathroom mirror hanging off wall so was toilet roll holder pipes sticking out from wall toilet lose from floor shower you could use but not a nice experience flooded the floor only good thing I could say was water was hot .Breakfast it was like a mad house there was cooked food etc but I wouldn't eat it had some toast lots of fly's has some food wasn't covered and fly's landing on food jams uncovered fly's on They said pool didn't open until 10 but they must have gone down early has not a bed by 830 matteraces all marked wasn't many beds anyway .When we booked we were told by September there wouldn't be the young party people there I wasn't stupid enough to know there would be young there but with uni going back has we went on the 10th step didn't expect has many and that fine go and party your on your hols but the noise of them coming in was terrible shouting swearing banking on doors and it went on until 5 in the morning we must have got 2 hours sleep the second night wasn't any better in my opinion the hotel was very much miss represented with pictures jet2 need to look into this there is so much more negative I could say but would take too long please don't spend your hard earned money on this place and what me and my husband payed it wasn't cheap We travel 5 times a year and have never bad an experience like it I was so upset I just wanted to go home was lucky there was flights the next day
