El hotel en si no está mal, es un tres estrellas sin discusión, a media hora andando del centro y en una zona aparentemente no muy buena, muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. Nos hicieron pagar nada más entrar. Uno de los días nos encontramos con la habitación sin hacer y no nos daban solución ni explicación alguna hasta que después de media hora una de las señoritas de recepción dijo que ella la hacía. Es la primera vez que me ocurre esto. En definitiva, aunque la habitación en si estaba bien, buscaría otro si volviera a Zagreb.

Non si può dare un voto ottimo ad un hotel che non rifà le camere e non pulisce il bagno, visto il prezzo pagato. Avevamo problemi con la tipologia delle camere e con molta superficialità hanno in parte risolto. Èsolo comodo per raggiungere il centro.

These are rooms for rent, not a hotel.. First of all, there is no elevator, we dragged our suitcases to the second floor, there is no one to help. When we got to the room, the fan in the toilet was open and humming, at night I couldn't go to the toilet without waking the little one. I ask the girl at the reception what to do, she tells me that I have to look for the fuse box and try to turn it off. We return to the room at night, went to turn on the TV, melted batteries in the remote control, changed the batteries and the TV does not work. The girl at the reception says someone before you messed up the programs and that's it. This morning I went to take a shower, I took out larger (clean) towels - all half wet. The mini bar is empty. Beds very uncomfortable. All in all, we couldn't wait to leave, and the room was 80 euros for one night, which is quite expensive considering all the above. Certainly never there again.

Good for price. We only stayed for the night before we carried on our journey further down Croatia but it served it purpose. There was no lift so if you don’t want to climb stairs maybe this is not the place for you, however we were used to stairs so didn’t mind. The room itself was small but was very clean and tidy, like I said we were there for less than 12 hours so didn’t mind so much. Bathroom floor was slightly slippery so be mindful when using the shower. Would recommend if needing to stop over for a day or 2.
