伊凡納別墅住宿加早餐旅館(Villa Ivana B&B)

Top séjour, l’hôte est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Appartement climatisé, propre. Positionne idéalement en face de la plage. Transat et parasol fournis, c’est fort apprécié! Place de parking à disposition, bien pratique ! On recommande!

Siamo rimasti 5 notti in una camera doppia del pianoterra e con balcone con vista al mare ed alla vecchia città di Zara. E un bel posto, soprattuto la primavera. Si può parcheggiare davanti alla casa, lungo la strada. La camera non era molto grande, ma non piccola neanche ; adatta per 2 persone per qualche giorno. Qualità dei materassi migliorabile e la pulizia si faceva solo molto superficialmente (ma OK per noi). I dintorni non sono molto interessanti (soprattutto infrastruttura turistica), ma il centro di Zara è a solo 40 minuti di passeggiata lungo il mare. Ci tornerei.

We absolutely loved our nights at Ivana B&B in our sea view studio. The view of the sea and old town while sipping espresso on the balcony can't be beat. The owner provided some excellent recommendations and was more than accommodating to our every need. We would happily stay again.

Owner is so lovely and supplies you with a lot of info upon arrival. It’s a lovely home. You get to meet the family, 3- generations! As they all live on property in separate home. Marko customized a bike for me first thing! A beautiful ride along the coast into town. Beach is right across the street and there are chairs, towels and umbrellas at your disposal. Room was big and comfortable and balcony was great and huge! Facing the sea and into old town. Wished I had stayed longer! I would definitely stay again.

The most beautiful location steps from the beach. Lovely family run villa with everything you need. Wished we had booked for more than two days, could live there!

As soon as we arrived, I wished we were staying more than one night. Marco and his family were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was in the first floor with a terrace overlooking the beach across the streets. beach loungers and umbrellas were provided for free - an unexpected bonus! We rode into town on the provided bikes (free again!) so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking in old town. it was a great ride. The room was also fully stocked with a mini bar. We really appreciated the extra touches. It made our stay truly enjoyable.

We stayed two nights. Primarily to visit the National Park. But it was horrible weather in the mountains so we stayed in town. LOVED Zadar. For sure a 2 day adventure. The apar**ent was excellent. Marko was such a good host. He had suggestions for us because of the weather which turned out perfect. We had the room on the second floor with the balcony and it was fabulous. Everything we needed. Only negative was a very small shower. We purchased their breakfast one day and it was very family oriented. Decent for the price. Would we go back? Absolutely. Very good accommodation for the price. We booked directly via their website.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Right on the sea. Lovely!

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Ivana. The location is right by the water and in walking distance to dining. Old town is a short drive or 30 min walk away! The family was extremely hospitable and attentive to our needs. My friend and I were on girls trip and we were delighted when we found out we could stay an additional night! Very affordable for this location as well!
