阿德瑞安納法肯斯特諾飯店 - 限成人(Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana - Adults Only)

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel avec deux couples d’amis et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’une météo exceptionnelle qui nous a permis de prendre tous les repas dehors, de profiter du bord de mer, de la petite plage et d’une eau encore chaude. L’arrière de l’hôtel est un immense jardin très bien entretenu avec des transats dispersés ça et là et une piscine centrale avec jeux d’eau cycliques. L’accès à la mer se fait par un portillon. L’établissement est une petite structure de quelques dizaines de chambres, le calme y règne partout. Classé ”Adults only”, nous y avons croisé des couples et des familles de tous âges et de toutes nationalités. Les chiens sont acceptés et jamais nous n’avons été gênés par le moindre aboiement. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel, aucunement avare de conseils, réactif à la moindre demande et prêt à rendre le moindre service. Nous avions une chambre avec vue jardin, au calme, conçue d’une façon un peu atypique avec une vitre de séparation entre la salle de bain et le lit. Propreté irréprochable, merci aux dames de service pour leur travail. Restauration exceptionnelle également. Une table est assignée à chacun pour toute la durée du séjour, tout changement restant possible. Matin, midi et soir, il y a toujours un buffet où on peut se servir à volonté, mais en plus pour le petit déjeuner et le diner, une carte est présentée avec des mets particulièrement élaborés et superbement présentés. Cette carte est renouvelée chaque jour pour le diner et à chaque fois c’est un véritable régal : Félicitations aux cuisiniers !! Un séjour exceptionnel donc dans un petit hôtel où nous nous sommes sentis choyés, avec une restauration de haut de gamme. Une semaine de bonheur !

Dans un cadre magnifique très beau jardin vue mer, piscine superbe, un petit hôtel calme, parfait. Ambiance feutrée. Personnel souriant, professionnel au top. Restaurant excellent. Tables élégantes bien espacées sur la terrasse extérieure. Gastronomique le soir. Toutes boissons comprises incluant très bon vin. Nous avions pris une chambre confort et non pas supérieure. Chambre bien organisée, confortable, fonctionnelle, calme mais vue pas très belle sur toit. En bordure de plage mais de galets inégaux : chaussures indispensables. A 10 minutes du pont de la vieille ville en Uber pour 6 euros en moyenne. Très efficace. Hôtel où l’on se sent très bien. A refaire.

Luxury prices for substandard experience in just about every way. We expected the rooms to be dated, so that was no surprise. The nicest part was the balcony. I booked the hotel for the upscale look of the facilities, specifically the pool. Disappointingly, the grounds and pool area need a renovation in addition to the hotel's interior. The photos you see online give an oasis feel, and this is simply not the case. Loungers were very comfortable and a nice surprise. Breakfast was good and no real complaints there. The bike rentals being included was very nice too. It was confusing to determine what was and was not included into the price. Not including coffee, for example, in the evening was unreasonable in our opinion. All of the above is manageable, but not great given the price we paid. The worst part of our stay was the food at dinner. The quality of the food was, I'm sorry to stay, awful. Truly awful. I do not have confirmation of this, but the food did not taste fresh and appeared to be almost reheated. It was so bad that we skipped meals towards the end of our stay and paid for food elsewhere. We have traveled in many various parts of Croatia. Croatian food is wonderful! I hope that people that visit for the first time do not think this is the culinary experience of Croatia. Prices simply are too high for this place. I feel bad to share this review but it is best to be honest. We will not return to this chain of hotels. Hopefully the hotel can take this info and make constructive changes. Good luck to the hotel and staff.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer. Wunderschöner Aussenbereich mit Garten, Pool und Pool Bar. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit resp. Hygiene. Hatten mehrmals Duschtücher mit Flecken erhalten. An vielen Stellen sieht man, dass die Einrichtung schon älter ist (Pool, Duschen). Dass Essen à la carte war immer super, aber das Buffet war jeden Tag mehr oder weniger dasselbe und auch nicht immer geniessbar. Grösster Negativpunkt: Die Fliegen beim Buffet! Gerade auf den Käsen oder in der Salatsauce. Das ist schlicht unappetitlich. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We went as a couple and were very impressed with the food and drink provided as half board. The 3 course dinner was of gourmet standard and the buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner, catered for every desire (and a dozen more!). Wine and beer was provided at both lunch and dinner. Staff were very accommodating, even providing us a lovely picnic hamper for a day out. The beaches in Zadar were disappointing compared to other countries we have travelled but the grounds at the hotel were idyllic with the ocean behind (we enjoyed this even more so, as opted for a superior room which overlooked the ocean). This is definitely a ‘quiet’ retreat for adults (couples or friends), the staff were very courteous and provided some lovely touches like pre-dinner cocktails and a cinema evening around the pool. I’m already trying to think of an occasion (or an excuse!) to go back, so I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a holiday in Zadar.

Avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel vraiment top. Chambre confortable, propre et calme. Piscine et jardin bien agréables. Restaurant top avec service et plats de qualité. Le personnel est très sympa et professionnel. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.

Nach einem super Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen in Duče( siehe Bewertung) haben wir 6 Tage im Falkensteiner Adriana verbracht. Wir kennen die Falkensteiner Hotels , ( Iadera, Maria Prag , Falkensteinerhof in Vals…) somit waren wir doch etwas erstaunt über das Adriana ! Das Hotel benötigt eine dringende Renovierung was die Zimmer angeht , unseres hatte zwar eine ruhige Lage zur Meerseite, jedoch war das Mobiliar ziemlich alt und „verwohnt“ , es roch auch nicht besonders gut , muffig und modrig…wie alte Möbel halt… Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit , keine Frage! Das Essen ist gut und reichhaltig , man hat ja Vollpension mit Getränkeauswahl, jedoch sind das Vorspeisenbuffet und Dessertbuffet etwas phantasielos, öfters das Gleiche, bloss anders gemischt…. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt und Parkmöglichkeiten sind genug vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Aufzug !! Wie gesagt, ein paar erholsame Tage aber das Hotel würden wir vom Preis/Leistungsverhältniss her nicht mehr wählen!
