Great experience! Super-friendly office staff (family owned?) provided excellent service. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower, fantastic pillows, excellent WiFi, and excellent AC. The only downside was that the walls are thin. I could hear everything my next-door neighbor said and the traffic noise was never-ending. But, with the AC on, it was bearable. Although it is definitely a "budget" hotel, I saw no maintenance issues, not even cosmetic ones, and the entire property (even including the parking area) was incredibly clean. As an older woman travelling alone, I felt completely safe here and would absolutely stay here again if in the area. Bonuses are that a grocery store is less than a block away, & the Colorado River State Park and the historic downtown area are both in a fairly easy walking distance.

Newly rennovated, low cost option - was just there for the night going to the Dentist in MX. The staff quickly accomodated my request for a chair at the pool (new pool furniture on order). Beds comfy - clean room.

Did not have a pleasant stay. It was God awful. Try another place before you bed down in this one. The owner stole many large posters I had brought to the room with me into my room. I also had Tulsi beaded necklaces that he removed from the room very sneakily. He is NOT a pleasant guy, imo. I called the Yuma police dept. after I checked out, as to not disturb his nasty self or make him more vindictive towards me than he already was. He also charged me for 4 nights when I only stayed 2 wretched nights there. The police understood my call and went to the motel and retrieved my belongings from him. They are now in the YUMA Police Dept. basement waiting to be sent back to me in California. He is a thief, is my own personal opinion. Even one star is too much for this place. Be forewarned...do not leave anything in his motel unattended. He has sticky fingers, IMO.
