I selected a hotel near Yulin Railway station, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.For unknown reason trip.com system sent me to Yulin Railway Station in Shaanxi Province. I had no idea of this until I arrived. Took a taxi but the driver could not find the address. Later this Shaanxi owner sent me his location. I was shocked to see it's in Shaanxi Province northern China I explained the issue to the owner and requested a cancellation. He hung up and I filed a complaint with trip.com. I told them what happened and asked that the hotel refund me the pre payment less processing fees. Not only fifth he tefused, but Trip did not even offer any comprnsation me for their system's malfunction, in this instance. This O give very low score to the hotel owner him not bring flexible enough for a mistake not caused by him.
