DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EVENT! Check in took *2 HOURS*. We missed the opening performance for our concert. They made you pay for parking at check in and have a tow truck come by 6pm. Our room has mold and the ice machine did as well. The inside is so old and damaged.

Comfortable accommodation. We had a one night's stay in Young at the Hilltops Retreat Motor Inn. It's a little at of town but nice accommodation. Our room (10) was quite a good size that had a comfortable two seater lounge, a table and two chairs. The bathroom was set out well and had a good shower. Everything we needed was in good working order and the bed was really comfortable. Parking was right at our door and although it's on the main road it was quiet. The room could do with a freshen up but it was clean and spacious. We can recommend the Hilltop Retreat Motor Inn to anyone travelling through the area. We will stay with them next time.

All the front desk staff was great. I had trouble communicating with the room cleaners, but they were helpful. However, the room and hotel were so bad. This hotel is so rundown. The doors have gaps: the door to the hallway has a huge gap where the light comes in, and the door to the outside has cold air coming through it. There’s all sorts of peeling paint everywhere. The drain in the shower is disgusting. My desk chair was broken, and they replaced it with another one that was just as flimsy. The TV is laughably old. None of the ice machines work. One of the elevators in the tower is broken. The doors to the parking lot are either permanently locked or permanently broken and open. The entrances are to the parking lot are blocked. There’s trash and dirt in the common areas. There’s a huge part of the rug missing from the convention center ball floor. There’s a leak from the ceiling on the ball floor. The drinking fountain in the conference room area doesn’t work. There was no hot water on Saturday morning. There was no air conditioning on Saturday when it was hot and humid outside. But the bed is comfortable, the linens are acceptable. The pillows are great, there’s hot water, the water pressure is good, the Internet is fast, the people working here are so friendly and nice.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It smells like smoke and mildew and needs to be updated. Our room was never cleaned or fresh toiletries provided.

when we arrived on Friday at around 8pm the lady at the front desk was very rude and hateful. Then when we got to room I called down for wi-fi password and she answered and was still rude on the phone and also the room had no hot water in the shower. also the parking was awful. we were there for the Morgan Wallen concert and they were charging other people $30 to park there so there was no spots for guest.
