I loved the size of the facility -- could take the stairs easily. Room was quiet, The front desk staff was wonderful - a warm welcome upon our arrival, and helpful helpful. Victor, building engineer, Ryiara (sp) (worked front desk on Thursday evening while we were there) and Manager were exceptional. Room had bathroom issues and a visibly unclean sheet on bed - both of which dismayed and disappointed me. Thank you.

They have listed there is shuttle service to and from the airport that is not accurate, they no longer provide that service. Also amenities listed says hot tube. The hot tube has been filled in and is no longer available. We were not happy about either of this not being available as there were some of the amenities that we looked for and chose this hotel because of them. Very disappointed. Staff was friendly and location was good.

There’s always something weird happening to me here one time a man was stalking me this time my uber eats delivery man tried to access my room by asking to use the bathroom I also don’t like how out back on the patio none of the doors would unlock with the room key and the pool door was kept wide open for easy access All day and night that is dangerous anyone can access that back area from the neighboring areas

Good location to major road. Additionally good places to eat within walking distance

The staff really made this hotel spectacular. They were kind and friendly and very welcoming.

My husband is stationed at Fort Eustis and we found this hotel the first time I dropped him off and now we only stay here when I come into town. I have felt very safe to stay by myself and with my husband! The staff Is so amazing and so sweet! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The Suite was excellent condition and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant terrible no decent breakfast had to wait a long time and so did other customers
