北威廉斯堡智選假日飯店(Holiday Inn Express Williamsburg North)

My experience with this hotel was not pleasant at all..They overcharged us an extra $400 that we are waiting for the bank to see the refund which may take up seven days. We went out to get something to eat and came back later that night and there was no parking so we had had to park our cars in the front of the hotel along with several other guests who couldn't find parking. It seems like there was one thing after another with this hotel. I spoke to the manager to express our dissatisfied we were with how everything was going. They compensated us $40 off the bill and IHG rewards..I really felt like more could have been done.. but it wasn't so we know not to stay at this Hotel ever again.

The hotel it self is a good hotel but the location is bad it’s in a really dark back room. When I checked in the clerk asked my for my tag number and telephone and she said she needed it just in case something happened. Which was odd to me. But I later found out why some one broke in to my van. The police it had been happening a lot at that location and the clerk could have told us we probably would not have stayed there if you can avoid this location please do

Was put in a room with a run down ,nasty,dirty bathroom. Requested a new room and was told to check out.I was with two kids, where do i get another hotel at about 8pm.So was forced to live in a room with a dirty bathroom for the night

Great crew at this hotel. Even one saw me looking around and stopped to help me. They get my vote for a great place to stay! Clean room and comfortable too. :)

A good compromise between price and quality. 15 min from colonial Williamsburg. Nice staff. The sink was not draining, but the problem was taking care of at the reception.

Didn’t like the fact that when I checked in they said I needed to be 21, when on ******* it’s says 18, I then had to show her and felt like I was being accused of lying. Breakfast was terrible. Beds were comfy and it was in a convenient location.

It was fantastic, very comfortable, clean, quiet, staff really pleasant and helpful. The only snag was breakfast not what I’ve come to expect from an IHG hotel. Hot food was barely warm, no sweet rolls, I got the last plain cream cheese, yet there were plenty of bagels. Despite this, I will stay there again. It was a minor snag as there was still plenty of breakfast choices.

This property was sooo convenient to our Family and Friends.. we were able to enjoy the Thanksgiving without driving worries 😂
