Spinnaker的國王溪度假村

The property was average and worked for what we needed for a few days. The kitchen and overall space was clean and parking was easy. The property shows some wear and tear - window screens torn or missing, one bathroom door was broken and had small nails poking out, one shower door stuck and was loud to open. The walls, doors and floors were very thin and we could hear every footstep and conversation from both the neighbors across the hall and upstairs. One bed was decent but all sheets were scratchy and low quality; we ran to the nearby Target for blankets. The booking is listed as a deluxe townhouse, but it is more of an apartment - two bedrooms all on one floor, no second floor. Had we known that, we likely would have selected a different space.

Made and paid for stay. Arrived and they didn’t have a unit. Couldn’t find me in their system. Had proof of transaction on my phone. Was told by a staff member that ******* did not send over the reservation after showing that. After much time going back and forth the staff member whom I assumed was in a position said he was going to put us in a unit that they are not allowed to use. But they had to clean it before we could get it. We arrived at 930. Got the key at 315 after another staff heard the conversation made a call and got the key . The unit was not upscale as promised. I paid for a luxury cottage 2bedrooms. One bedroom was supposed to have twin beds. Unit given had a sunroom with a sofa bed. Springs on one side could be felt .

My stay was great. The people on the resort was pleasant. The resort was safe and clean. if we need maintenance. They will show up with no problem. Also, they placed us in the wrong cottage at first. They accommodated us by placing us in the right cottage with no problem.Moreover, me and my family are planning to come back during the holiday
