hotel needs to take care of sanitary in the hallways leasing to the rooms, the place smells bad

Rooms are dated. The paint job was poorly done and the decor depressing. Basic amenities are not included in the room. There was no blow dryer, shampoo, and only 1 bar of soap. The shower was visibly dirty and dripping water constantly. Besides the leak, there is a musty smell throughout the room. Outside the room, there is a trail of hair and dirt leading to the elevators which smell like pee. The whistling sound the elevators make are alarming as well. In addition one of our 2 key cards did not work. The pictures of the property do not reflect the dilapidated condition it is truly in.

Stay somewhere else if you can spare a couple of bucks. The first room I was placed in had a leaking faucet from the shower and the tub was dirty. I asked to be moved to a different room and that was nicely handled but that room also had a smaller leak and not the cleanest either. The outside of the fridges were also dirty. The staircase was dirty. This place is decent enough to have a roof over your head but it’s definitely not some place I would ever recommend.

I stay here at extended stay America often and I always enjoy the time I spend here. It's quiet and always hassle free. The manager April is very sweet and always dry helpful. Her staff is professional and always friendly. They make my friend and I feel really welcomed here and feel like they really appreciate our business. They are on top of any maintenance concerns or fixes. I have mentioned that a shower curtain rod wasn't looking too stable and that I thought it may fall out. April put an order in to maintenance and the next morning the guy was there at my door to fix the loose rod. Like I said they always make us feel real welcomed. I wish that they had a pool but even when I stay somewhere that has a pool I don't use it that much.

The stay there was awful! It smelled like old storage! The sheets smelled like cigarettes even tho it was non- smoke room. I even got bed bug bites. The shower was not cleaned properly and the water was too slow in coming out! I would not recommend it to anyone. And there was a guest who was cooking burnt his food so the whole hallway smelled horrible.
