Muy buen servicio, buenas instalaciones y excelente ubicación

Muy cómodas instalaciones, calidad estelar. Podrían añadir más opciones veganas al desayuno y al menú, haciéndolo más inclusivo Desayuno: podrían incluir calentado (sin carne ni huevo) Menú: Podrían incluir alguna hamburguesa de lenteja, o algún grano + arroz Con opciones así...sería un hit para turistas! Fueron atentos a bajar el volumen de los parlantes cuando se pidió. En general, es excelente calidad! Recomendado, si quieren estar en una ubicación Central en Yopal, de donde puedan ir a cualquier lado.

Tuve que aguantar toda la estadía un panal de avispas gigantes, en la entrada de la ventana de mi habitación. Además de una recorredora que entró a las 7am a mi cuarto de manera brusca, haciendo sonar la puerta con un estruendo que me despertó de inmediato y sin golpear. Me he quedado muchas veces en hoteles Estelar y jamás había tenido inconvenientes parecidos.

esta deteriorado el servicio, las instaciones de la piscina, la comida muy regular mas que todo el personal les falata alma amabilidad no hubo caldera en 5 dias no dan cobija adicional ni siquiera devulevn la llamada cdo llamas a preguntar algo dicen vamos a confirmar y no devulve la llamada lastima era mi hotel primera eleccion en esta cuidad ya me he quedado en otros y este ERA el mejor calidad precio, pero ya no mas

The rooms are large, they are quiet and the bathrooms are nice!! The hotel and rooms are all clean and in good order. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff is very pleasant. The regular Dinner Menu is also very good. I would stay here again if I need to return.

Excellent hotel, build with International standards. Excellent staff and location. The breakfast was rich, with plenty of food, natural juices, homemade omelettes, soup, fruits, cheese, everything. Thank you to the guy (with an avion tattoo on his hand) that served us every morning with a nice smile and kindness. The rooms was comfortable and large enough. The shower was acceptable (not really hot water, but comfortable and nice). The toiletries were complete. The staff was amazing, especially Sra Jaqueline from the reception, that made everything to make our stay good (we had room 505, with a nice view upon the mountains). The price was better when booking on their website. Yopal is a very nice city, cleaner than other cities in Colombia.
