Let me start with the positive things about this hotel: the location is great, near the famous malioboro mall/street and the staff is friendly. Now the things I didn't like so much about this hotel: The rooms just are average, you can hear every sound from other rooms, the airco was making a lot of noise and leaking water on the floor. They also charge 10k for water refills, i have been to more than 100 hotels so far and this was never an issue. I understand you cannot give water for free all the time, but if a customer is asking once for a refill this is called customer service. I had better expectations from this hotel.

For a short staycation my wife and I decided to stay at Melia. We arrived by train early afternoon and took a cab to the hotel. Since it was a public holiday it took us some time to reach the hotel. From the hotel to the station without traffic jam, took less than 10 minutes. Upon check-in our room was not yet ready. So a good moment for us to have something to eat close by. We didn’t came back until the evening, and we were pleasantly surprised we got upgraded to a room on the Level floor. Our room had a street view which was nice overlooking the city from the 6th floor. However at night we could hear the outside traffic. But nothing that can be fixed by wearing some earplugs. The room itself was spacious, clean and all necessary amenities were provided. For breakfast you can expect quite some option to choose from. I usually stick to the fried rice and some bread. The breakfast was good. We went once for dinner at El Patio. You can choose for a la cart or the buffet. My wife took the buffet and I went for a la cart. I absolutely loved the traditional nasi goreng, for me it was perfect. Besides this we didn’t use any other services like the pool or spa. We spend most of our time outside the property, since malioboro street was a few hundred meters away from us. Maybe next time we try the spa and pool.

good place, with best option at location in the right price, side by side with mall, so business, pleasure is met, no need to worry about food and other necessities, because next to us is malioboro plaza..

酒店很舒適，客房訂餐服務很周到。早上有花樣豐富的自助餐，有一款巧克力小蛋糕超級好吃，綿軟甜香，入口即化。還有一道烤牛肋骨配飯簡直是讓人垂涎三尺，回味無盡！酒店非常適合親子家庭居住，二樓的自助餐廳直接通往一個超大露台以及露天游泳池。用餐建議清晨或傍晚不太熱的時候坐在露台盡情享受，天氣晴朗的時候可以直接在露台上看到默拉皮火山，一邊品味美食，一邊欣賞美景，再愜意不過了。酒店地理位置非常好，距離周圍的餐館街市都非常近，酒店出門左轉30米以內就有一家貨幣兑換辦公室，出門右轉緊挨着一家超市和一家ATM，超級便利！酒店馬路正對面的一家冰淇淋店也千萬不要錯過，他家的芒果和香草冰淇淋美味非凡！總之，馬里奧酒店點非常棒，您一定不虛此行！衹是不知道哪一天才能看到馬里奧和路易基呢？如果在酒店門口擺上兩個大型玩偶做標誌也許會更受小朋友和超級瑪麗粉絲的歡迎哦👏！

新酒店,很酷..位置離 Malioboro...不算太遠,反正很好吃

距離商業區打車很近，酒店服務人員比較熱情，但是這個名字的酒店有兩個，大家打車時注意區分，不要走錯了！

Good n excellent staffs. Very happy with staffs. Always helpful n smilling. Especially F&B staff VINA. Will surely come again. And also recommend to friends n family. So that they can also experience the worderful experience staying here. Tq.
