Listing description
Welcome to Roundtop Rendezvous! Situated on 5 acres bordering wheat fields and pasture, this extremely unique barndominium features a modern/ rustic design aesthetic. With 3200 sq ft of living space it has room for large family gatherings. The original metal roundtop structure was taken apart piece by piece from a farm several miles away and reconstructed on this property. The finished product is a one of a kind, labor of love.
This place is located only about 1.5 miles from the quaint town of Yoder, featuring the famous Carriage Crossing restaurant, the wonderful Bull’s Eye Grill, where you’ll eat the best hamburgers and ice cream you’ve ever had, and Yoder Meats with all their fancy cheeses and meats!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Yoder Kansas vacay!
We are a family of 13! Some live in southern Illinois, others in Denver! Yoder is about half way between the two! We had a great week! Harley answered all of our questions concerning the house and even sent us pictures of the kitchen equipment and supplies! He was a great host! There was plenty of room both downstairs, upstairs and around the outside! We had a great week visiting Yoder, Hutchinson and Witchita!

Family get together
The property was perfect for us with lots of room to spread out. Quiet but close to town with amazing sunsets. We stayed up late every night and didn't have to worry about keeping others awake. We never lost hot water even with eight people. Lovely place, will got back next time!! Thank you!!

Labor Day Family Gathering
Excellent location close to Wichita and Hutchinson and many local activities. Private, peaceful, rural location. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Awesome time!
Our group of 8 stayed here for one night to play golf at Prairie Dunes the next day. We found the place to be awesome, clean, and comforting. We’ll stay here again the next time we play PD.
