Very nice view and good environment

Views are breathtaking, The villas are in clif. Maintenance was excellent. Very clean and super helpful service. We took a room with a sitout and all meal plans. The buffet was excellent, chef Surya narayanan took special care of the childrens food and supported us a lot as we have toddlers. Kids really enjoyed the fish fingers and chicken nuggets. My favourite was the beetroot pickle it was a stunner. As they came to know that it was our anniversary the chef's made a small cellibration for us, It made our day very special.

Positive Feedback: The service provided by Hotel staff are good and supportive. Areas for Improvement: Car Parking: The parking space is quite limited, accommodating only around 10 cars in the front area. This poses a challenge, especially during peak times. Room Size: The rooms felt small and congested for a family consisting of two adults and two grown-up children. Pricing & Food: Room rates are generally on the higher side, and they increase significantly during peak seasons. The food and buffet options were not very impressive, with repetitive menus that can become monotonous during longer stays. View & Amenities: On a positive note, the hill/valley view is excellent, and the additional amenities are satisfactory.

Stayed for 2 nights. It's a good place to stay and unwind among the scenic beauty of mountains. Staff support was excellent but food can improve a bit but not complaining. Must put a warning that it's not "senior citizen friendly" in view of the ascend and descend to rooms. I would suggest that you paint the domes and walls with dark/light green colour and may be with forest art so that the property merges in to the green background rather that jutting out as white concrete structure among lush green mountain side. A shout out to those men who carry our luggages up and down .

Staff was good and the food was great. Amazing view from the valley view balcony. Location is easily accessible and is right in the heart of the city. Ladies, Gents and Children seat view points are within walking distance but for those staying at yercaud, valley view from the balcony is better than these tourist points. Overall a good stay
