The resort experience was quite disappointing. Despite being in a hill station during winter, they failed to provide hot water, which was unacceptable. The food we ordered from the resort's restaurant was of very poor quality, adding to our dissatisfaction. While the room was passable, it was far from meeting expectations.

Food is Good taste , staff's all are good.But swimming pool is okay childrens are upset because not be separate that only reason.Nice location.Near boat house,Anna park, chocolate factory, lady's seat , botanical garden, camp fire DJ. also good entertainment.Timely served Tea coffee and food. Thanks to all support staff's.

Coco resort services are very good, clean and excellent for families. Location also near to yercuad main area and it is accessible to all locations

It is not resort. It is home stay. It is not resort. It is home stay. Room was substandard. Not worth the money. Faced multiple issues
1. Power issues
