Yercaud GRT ambience and stay at hotel was very comfortable.It also had lots of activities for all age group.Loved the hospitality overall. Service was very good too without much delay. The view and location is one of the best.

Lovely location up in the hills, great-sized rooms and excellent staff. Restaurant staff so helpful, particularly Bilhai. Lot of children who were quite noisy at the pool so we chose not to swim. Lots of monkeys around the balcony - nice to watch from inside! Breakfast and dinner choices for western palates could be better as we were staying three nights so wanted a change.

Mr. Ravi Kumar has made the interaction memorable with both valuable information and entertainment! And Mr. Prince must have left a lasting impact with his charm and welcoming smile, plus a nature walk with Mr. Selva was like the perfect way to enjoy some peaceful time outdoors. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package - both had great choice & taste. We also got a chance to participate in evening bon-fire + games + dj, beautifully organized.
